Go for a stanton switch back as its steel and more forgiving !

Well I was in the same situation as you and in the end I went for a big wig . Just come back from exmoor and with 120mm forks it was fantastic , rocks were bouncing of it and it didn’t phase the wig 🙂 mine weighs 26.7lbs with slx , XT and hope hoops . Round my local woods its a right blast ! Even better than my whyte m109 full Suss . It’s comfy too since its steel . Hope this helps

Thanks guys for your thoughts 🙂 I have hope pedals on five ten shoes but my shoe on the ball of my feet don’t have the same grip so I can move them slightly . This should help abit

after snapping my whyte 29er full suss frame I moved to a ragley Big Wig and can say its a much better handling bike , it was good at swinley today 🙂 I have 120mm forks up front

A whyte is much better than a crap single pivot , I have owned both and the orange 5 is rubbish , just bobs all the time ! I have a whyte m109 and it’s like a whole different league to the 5 ! Trust me you made the right choice 🙂
