16plate eco boost engine (focus ) just had mine done and about £1300 . I do like my focus and it’s a great daily ! I tend to keep it for a while .

Thought my garmin was playing up last night up loading a ride . Not as good  !

Riding my trail bike with my mates on a good XC loop taking in good singletrack for a few hours . Noting better than finishing and good ride followed by a beer .

I had these forks in my giant trance and the small bump compliance was awful . Doing some reasearch and found that they dont come with foam wiper seals ! Crazy !! I bought and fitted with suspension fork oil and it was night and day difference . Silly cost cuttting

Just an update ! I went for a club ride around local trails which consist of fun mini DH trails and tight twisty trails that are more flow than gnar ! I can’t believe how much fun the flare max is . I’m happy with my size and like kelvin said I put a 50mm stem on and slid the saddle back abit . I also love the low slung top tube in a small which feels great to me . I was also surprised how it seemed to cover ground quite quick too . I’m happy and sizing down works for me but if you have steep terrain then maybe a larger size and a 35 mm would work great too 🙂
