I think there is a lot to say for keeping the same design style year after year, developed brand styling if you will.
At least you know when you drop £2k on a frame they are not going to completely redesign it, move all the linkages, change the shape of the tubes and shock placement etc the following year, saying that their new frame is so much better than the old one.
Gives buyers a sense of security in their purchase knowing it’s not going to be obsolete next year.

slightly more disappointed by the absolutely terrible coulour schemes and graphics on the bikes, the Kili’s ref’d above in pics were beautiful, nice understated classic colours, great block graphics etc
this years some horror show of garish colours. they look very cheap IMHO.

looks like a pretty nice piece of kit and well integrated.
Thought it was a new pinion from your pic as the integration seems to be very similar.
nice idea, hope that it make sit onto a shorter travel bike soon. weights look pretty competitive and the gear range is good as well.
will be interesting to see how they get on in the DH this year.

I love the thought of a gearbox bike, have seen a few Nicolais with the pinion? gearbox and think they look really good

tokens are the red plastic bits that come in the bag with the spare seals etc they reduce the air volume in your fork.

Halo clicksters are brilliant and last for ages , triton cycles were doing them for 32 the other day as well when I picked mine up. Makes a nice satisfying clicky sound as well.

Just set up a set today, worked fine.
As above get the correct width and should work fine.

Interesting, I thought the x fusions were supposed to be easy to change, I have a set of 150 pikes to go on mine, thought about the sweeps but no one had any untill next month and no one could confirm that date either.
They look nice , I had slants on the bandit and they were great forks so sweeps should be really nice too.
Can’t wait to get it built up

why not just standardise the price of a pint or have max pint pricing.
e.g pint = £3 so all items are £3 + p&p
myhermes or collectplus are approx £5 for postage signed and you will not have to buy extra cover as nothing is worth more than £3.
So £8 or less Bits and Bobs thread.

I think it’s a good idea, have loads of bits that are worthless that would be happy to give away for postage, but can’t be that bothered to post up and clog f.s threads with, people asking for photos etc
