I'm with spongebob. My little lad uses DVDs as skates. They've got a life expectancy of weeks in our house!

What's your budget and her interests? Is she a girlie girl, outdoors type or what?

Probably surprisingly good. I used to get 2 bikes in back of integra type-r with seats down. Got to rides pretty quickly too ;)

The Green Cross code man? Tufty?

Btw – WTF are you talking about? I'm imagining a ride out, followed by a pint drunk to fast – am I right?

I've just done same thing using mini monos. Works fine, you just need to add a couple of small flat washers between the posts and the adapter to allow the 203 to spin.

I've got an adapter you can have for £6 posted, though you'd need to find some bolts somewhere as mine didn't come with any.

My initial thought was also the pump action plant sprayers. Suppose you could do an mtb version with added Gnarrr

Used to use shaped charges – would be equally useful in my current job in local govt!

I'd like to say that it's a philosophical position that I try not to give Shimano more money for nonsense tools when they could have just put a slot on the HT2 cap that you could turn with a coin. Actually it's got more to do with me having a bit of unexpected time to do the job and it wouldn't have helped if CRC sent me the tool with £2

Swapped my deore steel for an SLX from the toolbox that I think I got in an on-one sale

Might be that I had a deore chainring with a bit more metal on it but the correct answer is no you can't. Also found that the little right angle brackets for attaching ikea bookshelves to the wall work as a shimano special tool!

Nick – you are also up bright and early thinking about it. Probably better to act and put your mind at rest rather than dwell on it for years to come

Speed undoubtedly causes a proportion of accidents and simple physics dictates that the higher the speed the bigger the bang. My only gripe is the lazy thinking which seizes upon speed as the easiest thing to measure and hence focuses on that to the exclusion of all other examples of bad driving. Due to the reduction in traffic cops I'm absolutely fine driving through the average speed cameras pissed, with a fag on, driving with my knees whilst reading Heat magazine and talking to my mate on the phone at 49mph, rather than driving with none of the above at 55mph which will prompt a NIP

Go after personal tax evasion too,

    People like Uncle Bob

"One of the last noted stories concerns Bob Geldof, the rock star and Third World debt campaigner, who has been recently accused by newspapers of claiming Irish residency to avoid Inheritance Tax. Bob Geldof is an Irish citizen who is living in two properties in England. One of these properties, a luxury apartment in South London, is reported to be owned by a company called Quiet Ventures, the second one, located in Kent, is owned by Bandol Holdings. Both are offshore companies, registered in the British Virgin Islands but having London contact addresses.

Geldof is accused of avoiding payment of £2.25m, by saying that he lives in Ireland. Geldof being a non-domiciled taxpayer, the houses, which are together worth an estimated £4million, would avoid the normal inheritance tax of 40%, or £1.6million. Geldof himself declined to comment the situation."

    * People are dying NOW. Give us the money NOW. Give me the money now.

    * **** the address, just give the phone, here's the number… 0800 HMRC

Closest I've seen to that are things like the Ron Haslem Race School where they include the bike in the price. http://www.haslamraceschool.com/ or California Superbike school http://www.superbikeschool.co.uk/

Other alternative is a regular track day and google for a company that hires out track bikes.

or buy 'the comic' – MCN and have a peruse of the track day section and see what else is available.

Mine was fairly straightforward with mini mono. Suspect the m4 is a bit bulkier and restricts access

Chaz. I've just had the same problem having changed my forks. I used the Hope adapter and a 203mm disk. I had to add a small washer between the fork and adapter to push the caliper away from the disc and allow wheel to turn but setup works very well.

Due to supply problems with shop, I ended up getting an adapter off classifieds which arrived same day as my one from shop! If you want my spare adapter then you can have it for £8 posted

I got a Dension gateway kit and active cradle from an outfit called incaripodkit (iirc – google will help). A bit pricey but works perfectly. Put it in my 56 golf plus with (I think) same stereo as you rcd300

The correct answer is either some regular flat bars and some proper old skool 'L' shaped bar ends or go Johnny Tomac, MTFU and fit some drops

Confused by this post. I assumed the OP had managed to take a dump, contrive a situation for a random dog to wander through it and then trample it round the owner's house

I tend to trawl around PBK, Wiggle, CRC and Merlin. Have no real loyalty to any of them and buy on price generally just take my chances on delivery. Ordered SRAM cassette from CRC on Monday night and was pleased to get it in today's post

    I love the place.

Might be a bit pricey with exchange rate at the moment.

Fashion Mall and Caesars's forum for shopping.

If you can take a couple of days off and go to Grand Canyon (national park) not Grand Canyon West. GC West is ok but GCNP is whoa!

Go walking at night and go crazy using camera night mode taking pics of Strip

We did Jubilee showgirl show in Ballys which was tits and feather head dresses and a spectacle. Saw cirque du soleil Ka and O. Ka was good, O was better

Go and get your pictures taken at the LV sign. 15 minutes walk south of Mandalay Bay

have a look on the Trip Advisor forum for lots more advice
