Hi Ambrose, the accommodation looks spot on but it says ‘no cots’ and neither of us has a travel cot…

It’s a bit of a problem. I never got round to itemise the bike on the insurance so although I’d spent 1K on the bike, the max they say they will pay is £500 (-£100 excess).

I can either take a cheque for £390 (don’t ask where the £10’s gone!)

or

Get something for £750 off Wheelies and pay £100 excess. I would want to sell on and recoup as much cash as possible.

It’s taken forever to get to this point, many many phone calls and really poor service so I really want to get to the end of it as soon as possible!
