With memory map, I’ll design a route, generate a gpx file then copy it to my garmin, I have problems using the osm with mem map.

Also look for a strava to gpx converter, unless your subscribed to strava.

I use this with my garmin edge 705, and have all my routes on the sd card. Get yourself on strava, google the area and gpx for your routes, plenty on the tinternets.

Ride up to the masts at old pale, there a nice downhill track if you can find the gap in the hedge.

Also take your own thrash metal compilation mp3 player, they normally have some horrid dance music full belt.

There are websites which you just cut and paste the url for the strava page and it will give you a gpx file.

Tony iommi and Cozy Powell did a session at Amazon studios in liverpool, my first job. Tony hid in the studio. Cozy was superb, ended up doubling my wages for fixing a guitar amp and tape deck for him. A month later I received an envelope containing a signed photo from a band called Queen.

Made me laugh or cry at the guy with a climbing wall in the garage. Stop giving me ideas. As for the vice…we have one in our office in work with pillar drill and a boxford lathe.

Turn bleed nipple about a quarter turn. Have the brake lever horizontal. Cap off and top up as needed don’t let this run dry. Then with your tube on bleed nipple watch for the bubbles until they clear. Then tighten the nipple up. Job done. I use Citroen suspension fluid litre bottle 3 quid from car shop.

Did a taster session last year in a climbing shop in ambleside.

Then went onto a climbing course when I returned home.

Top roping I’m fine with, but my bouldering and lead needs some practice.

I get into a situation where i’m supporting most of my weight on my skinny arms, and thus start to flag.

Tool are one of my fave bands. Picked up their first album when no one had heard of them. Now it’s bands like the Russian circles

Rotor might be slightly bent, or may catch on your spacer. Maybe the spacer is upside down ?

my Garmin 705 froze last week. popped the back off, disconnected the battery, and left it alone for 30 minutes, then put it back together.

Hannah, I’m 5’5″ and ride a small yeti asr5 alloy, now I wished i’d gone all out, and bought a carbon with all the trimmings.

Its an awesome bike, found the medium way too big.

They do an extra small in the carbon, but that just felt weird. and too small for my frame, might be ok if you have a small torso.

But the bike is alive, energetic, and just balls out fun and grin inducing to ride. not slating the blur and the 5 I test rode on the day, but this was in a different league.

Its awesome, watched it on friday night, would of loved to have been there.

Many memories of watching them with metallica at donington in 91.

What a hoot that day was.
