What sort of person does this though?

But in a review of the Tesla electric car this Sunday, he went further, gleefully describing how he had utilised the speedy and silent approach of his test vehicle to sneak up on a pack of weekend cyclists, honk his horn and drive them off the road. “The look of sheer terror as they tottered into the hedge was the best thing I’ve ever seen in my rear-view mirror,” he wrote.

I know it was a while back and I think he apologised, eventually, but it was sweet to see him blubber like a child.

Are you sure it’s healed, mine didn’t, even after two years, I’ve just had it bone grafted and screwed, what did the physio consist of? I’m interested as I was told I didn’t need any. I have the 661 wrist supports, they have quite a bit of flex, the support is a semi-rigid plastic, avoid the ones with metal supports for obvious reasons. I might give the EVS ones a try myself.

A mate’s wrist took 10+ years to get back to normal.

as many folk south of the border)

TJ – absolute hogwash. Once again certain people North of border assume they’re the only ones who are responsible or have fragile landscapes that need protection. The impact to the that particular environment will be minimal based on the amount of traffic and remoteness, and a magazine feature won’t make any difference. Parties of walkers and horses leave far more erosion, especially in winter/autumn periods.

Your moral high ground is a figment of your imagination. Wake up.

I have the Zesty 514 10 in a 54 and I’m 6’4, so the 50 should be spot on for you, even on all day rides. I tried to get the 714 but they’d sold out straight away, plenty of money around in the bike world. Damn bloody awesome bikes. Stick with the Gobi, very comfortable seat.

When I was a student doing part-time cleaning at a London Hotel, I cleaned the room after Angus Deaton shared it with two working ladies, there’s was a distinct wiff of poppers and a lot of white powder left on the bedside table.

Yes, but she’s done it for charity, he did it for the Discovery Channel, book promotion, sponsorship, motivational speaking and probably ego, like most explorers – I’m not saying that’s a bad thing.
