You need a rest day, plenty of water, plenty of sleep, magnesium can help with muscle spasms at night. SIS do a bedtime recovery drink called nochte Zipvit do a similiar one, it works but it’s ££££. Never under estimate the power of a milky horlicks before bed.

I was doing 30 mile a day, 5 days a week, I found it was too much, I was spent, work was hard and I was getting really down. Lost a lot of weight though, it also took the fun out of weekend rides with friends and family.

    These are ace too.

It’s a dull grey stem with an uneven finish

It does a bit it that first pic, this one is better. I’d be tempted if they did a longer version.

It came out heavier than predicted according to Kingdom’s site. Ti does looks lovely, and well known for it’s damping qualities. Not sure about Ti components on a Ti bike myself.

In my experience, and I’ve sold 1000’s of vinyl records over the past 10 years, unless you have anything really rare then selling is pretty tough these days, even on discogs and especially in this current market. I’d be happy to give a rough value if you have a list of the funk and soul records.

You can’t go wrong with friston end of sdw, some nice natural singletrack in the forest and decent hills around jevington and windover hill. I might be over here tomorrow afternoon.

Ha ha, made up for ya, post some pics when it’s built up. Recommend the kinesis strut bars, dropper post and a mr king Ti bottle cage. Did you go for direct mount rear mech?

Stop press: looks like they’ve won best bike brand at bike awards, well done kinesis uk 🙂

can be distracting for other riders too, and taxi drivers aren’t blind, they’re aiming for you.

Exposure flash/flare combo here, bright enough for my London commute.

Between us we managed to straighten the wheel enough for him to be able to gently ride home without taking all the paint off his chainstay.

It sounds knackered, blame the branch not LBS.

You might be making any warranty void, bb too high, mm makes a difference. Swapping wheel sets can be a bit troublesome too with chain wear, rear cassette wear, swapping chains might be an idea too. I went through this, and decided not too with my 26 ht.

Bless him, you’ve got a cute one there, coming from a father of two boys and not a weirdo. My boys used to bang there legs in those seats and bounce like crazy, feeling a broody now.

I have a 5 and 10 year old boys, we like our driving games on the PS3, NFS Most Wanted is awesome, especially the airport add on. Dirt rally games are great too, Dirt Showdown is fun, basically a demolition derby, you can pick it up real cheap too.

I recall the drive up to tignes being nice, long time ago though. I don’t suppose you skate or long board? There’s a great tarmac’d old railway line in annecy, good safe riding for kids too. The local perch dish is delicious too.

mattjg – just do it 😉 My sync is a large and I’d say the same, every tube has been carefully considered, the geo sits you fairly forward which makes for a lively ride if you want to cane it. What did you think of the detail? I love the clover leaf top tube, tapered ht and chunky disk brake mounts. Did you get a test ride?

Cheers, will take a look at those.

    Why carbon?

For weight and looks really, it’s for a Ti HT, have a dropper at the mo and fancied sitting further back for longer xc rides.

Worth taking the boy into hastings, the smugglers caves and the funicular railway are fun. De la warr pavilion in Bexhill and Seven sisters are worth a visit too.

Bt infinity if you can, I can’t fault it, high speed and very rarely drops out, and never for long if it does.

Well looking at the long range forecast summer is back as of friday down south, I’ll keep my small block 8s on.

Storm Control’s are equally as good as Mud X, if not better rolling IMO.
