Can you try connecting direct to router via Ethernet cable? You’ll still need aerial to get freeview channels.

Yeh, I used my kayak strap bungee, perfect length and velcro both ends so it’ll come undone if he goes south. Works a treat, haribo help too.

Will you have a bike with you? Park in Westfield Shopping Centre? And yes the mtb route looks worth a spin if you’re there, I might try one lunchtime, I work locally.

Toys Hill, Ide Hill – my old neck of the woods, looked a bit different before the big 87 storm. Woldingam, Marden Park and Reigate Hill are also worth a visit.

Box Hill, they’ve got a great activity walk for the kids too, logs and stuff to climb, then a hill walk as mentioned above.

There’s some cheeky stuff around Marden Park/Church Woods in Woldingham, bombholes and steps more than jumps though. Surrey Hills is you best bet.

Gary fisher pre caliber, great geo, light, long top tube, decent sram grip shift, still standard suntour forks though. Sadly made no more, so secondhand, my 7 year old is still using his or I’d sell it. Tyres wise michelin do some great knobblies.

I consided getting some hard to remove stickers made that I can just slap on the windows in traffic, my wife quite rightly told me I was being petty and just make sure you avoid them. God it winds me up, this week in high winds and hail and still idiots on phones, I say disable them in cars.

Try lose weight, sh carbon rigid forks, bars, stem, seatpost. If the frame is heavy then not much else you can do. I use marathon plus tyres, bombproof.

Saw one in the flesh at London Bike Show, very tidying. I think Upgrade are doing bike builds only though, I might be wrong though. Fancy a go myself.
