Paradise MTB is a small dedicated area at the bottom of the old SDW route. Not actually on the SDW. This area is well signposted with ends of runs fenced off to slow riders down. I was over Friston at the weekend and a few berms have been kicked in and made structurally unsafe, a wooden ramp jump totally destroyed, the usual logs and big flint boulders left in the middle of trails. I hope this doesn’t end badly.

    Keg, not cask.

That’s how I roll, one of my fave keg beers is Lovibonds 69

Scared to ride home now, especially after two Police mopeds nearly took me out this morning, he then had a go at me for shouting. Be careful.

iMovie if you want fancy transitions or ken burns effect, but you’re talking time and large file size for decent res, I’d just wack it all in ppt, I even export as PDF and do full screen slide show, ppt can be buggy ime.

Eastbourne end on Saturday, was dry on exposed sections, mud and standing water under tree cover. Not much rain this week.

I could do with some of that, thanks.

I’m from that area, can’t comment on schools, my state school is no more, lots of posh schools. House prices are probably some of the highest in South East. Lots of riding, North Downs Way, Toys Hill, Croakham Hill, Weald of Kent, PORC in Penshurst, Bedgebury and not that far from Surrey Hills on M25. Some great country pubs, parks and stately homes and castles if that’s your thing. It’s got it’s fair share of villains and gangsters too. Riverhead and Otford are nice too.

    Yes it is quite boring.

Don’t do any of those things.

yeh, cause busy managers really want to read five pages of career history. Keep it short, current, relevant and tell the truth. And never use comic sans, helvetica is best.

I saw Grandmaster Flash spinning his classic breaks about 15 years ago, it’s was awesome, many of his tunes had cue wear on the break so sound wasn’t as good as it could be, authentic though.

Keep it short, include a photo and don’t include your hobbies and interests as biking and biking forums. Seriously though, I do know a professional CV writer, I can ask how much, or are you after a free template?

I love our flag, just hate plastic shite you buy from asda and petrol stations that people put on their cars.

My BT Youview was ace to start with, slowly got worse over the last few month and started freezing, to be honest I think it’s the humax box and the youview software, my BT Infinity has been faultless, now got the new BT Youview box, a lot smaller, going to install in today so will let you know.

The red is a one way signposted affair, with starts and ends linking up very conveniently, great fun for a few laps.

A bit too far in 2 hours but Friston Forest is well worth a visit too, i’ve got lovely loop I do from Eastbourne > Jevington > Friston Forest > Lullington Heath > Litlington and back, lots of steep flinty climbs and stunning views.

_rewski, but unlike certain people on here, I don’t use Internet forums to promote business._

Not promotion if I’m asking, I’m interested in trying your beer, I might learn something.

For the record the hype around the launch of magic rocks triple ipa was frankly a bit off putting, appreciatte some beers are small batch but beer shouldn’t be exclusive.

I run my own brewery, and haven’t had a pint of John Smiths for 20 odd years!

Really? You sound a bit bitter

Go on then, let’s check out your brew.

Yep great beer all over UK, some dreadful stuff too, it’s a shame some beer festivals are cask only, some of the keg beers are leading the way in my view.

I do like a nice American-style hoppy pale ale or IPA.

Me too, Adnams are now importing Lagunitas IPA. Racer 5 and Rogue Brutal IPA is worth tracking down too. Still can’t beat a good old pint of best from Harvey’s of Lewes.

Yes of course, craft beer is nowt new, I was really referring to the new-ish breweries: Pressure Drop, 5 Point, Brew by Numbers, Partizan, Cronx etc, good to see.
