BT here, no problems apart from the odd drop out, with wireless hub and a powerline ethernet adapter which works well. Next door have Virgin on occasions no bb for days – shocking.

@ flange100 – it’s sounds like you’re hurting inside, do you want to talk about it?

@ flange100 – not really, a lot of people lives have been saved or improved in the UK not just Africa.

Good for the mind, body and soul, it’s varied too, it’s the closet thing to ski-ing, pure escapism from the day to day.

It’s pretty flat and it’ll very muddy. I’d head for South Downs or Friston Forest if you’re in that area.

@stratobiker – well good for you, you’re the only one. Dogs smell and then they smell and lick other smelly things, and then they lick your face, mmmm nice.

I’m very tempted, just recovery from a broken collarbone and wrist, don’t want to go through that again.

Off with fractured scaphoid fix with bone graft and screw, and I’ve just had a plate removed from my collarbone. I think the worse thing is the side effects of all the codeine, I’ll spare the details.

God, this one gets debated at least once a month, more than helmets and rlj’s. Just do what you want.

Fish in two slices of potato, sounds more like a northern fishy starch sandwich – yuk!
Crumbed fish, mash, parsley in golden breadcrumbs, homemade tartar sauce and a crisp glass of sauvignon blanc – yum!

I’m running tubeless Bonty Mud X’s on my Zesty AM with 140 mm, and it climbs pretty fast, will never be a XC whippet though. Start with the tyres.

Nirvana rides are free, the 11.00 sunday ride I went on was very fast and technical. Great fun though.
