Would buy another On One or a bike off Brant…don’t think I’d buy anything off NewRobDob though ;)

@faustas Thanks.  They are the On One chromo forks for 26″ wheels, 440mm a2c.  My brother brazed 3 bottle cage bosses in to them for me so I can mount stuff there if I want, also brazed a proper cable guide on at the same time.  Front wheel is a 27.5 with a Maxxis rekon 2.8.  Rims are Velocity blunt 35mm so it’s fattish but doesn’t look too odd.  The midge bars went on as my hands suffer with flat bars bikepacking for a few days.  It’s like an trusty old friend.

I bought one of the 853 anniversary Inbreds back in 2007? and I did have a few issues with chainring clearance.  Carefully indented mine using a socket and a hammer and just rode it.  The chainstay finally went 5 years later, I probably didn’t help running 22/36.  Still liked it so much I had a Ragley style 3 finger bridge fitted to replace that part of the chainstay and I am still riding it.  It’s morphed in to my monstercross / bikepacking / adventure bike

My wife still rides one of the older Inbreds (cables on top of top tube) which she loves.

Had a Pompino for a while, that was ace but SS was too hard for me :)

I’d buy another steel bike from them, maybe not carbon though
