my daily food intake used to be as follows……
breakfast
big bowl of cornflake with 3 sugars
slice of toast
glass of orange juice
cup of coffee with two sugars
mid morning snack
crisps
bar of choccie
lunch
4 sandwiches of somthing like ham,cheese and sald cream
crisps
afternoon snack
cereal bar
tea
anything my wife cooks
plus waht she leaves!!
i would also have like 5 biscuits in the evening.
lots of coffee and tea throiugh the day.
so it want too good??
now its as follows……
brekkie
coffee no sugar
orange juice
bowl of cereal no sugar
mid morn
youghurt
handful of raisons
lunch
soup
3 slices of wholemeal bread no spread
mid afternoon
cereal bar
tea
as before
no snacks now in evening
lots of water throiughout the day.
