Google Call of the Wild, an adventure sports place near Swansea, they do lots of activitites and sort everything. I used them as a best man, we did the cayoning and quad bikes, the quads were a bit tame but the cayoning was very good.

They sorted out a very nice hotel 2 mins out of Swansea and Swansea was a very good night out. Let me know if you want any information. Think it was about £200 per person for the activities and two night accom, they took us to all activities so no worries on being a bit over in the morning etc.

There seems to be a website for one designated route, is there one that shows all of the routes or a book to show this.

Buy a let and producing commercial investment, not a resi one, so no problems with tenants ringing in the night for a dripping tap, also longer security on lease.

All said by a commercial surveyor!!!

Or could of been a special purchase, if all furniture and fixture and fitting were included etc, or an agreed price between family member with a cash purchase

I suppose so, but I would assume not as it is a solicitor who registers this info, and it is quite important. I could be a mistake, but you cannot make up a price.

Land Registry site, is the exact value that was paid for it. It is now law to have to register the sale price with them after the sale, has been for a few years now.

Best Data you will get but it is £4 per property to seach and another £4 for the title plan to see what was sold.

    Hope that helps

They will I, the individual cost for the soil is £200 in the cost I belive.

In connection with skips I would supple a 8cubic yard one which should do the business as some top soil will be spread eles where, and rest in.
