There’s something clearly wrong then,as you’re not that heavy or hammering em are ya ?.. You may need to get them re-built with new spokes etc.

I’m 25kgs heavier than you and have the same wheels on a 650 crush hardtail and some Hope enduros on a 5,& I’m
All over the place & I don’t have any problems .. Crests are a weaker rim,I’ve had them before ,but I’d be going to a specialist to seek advice ,perhaps someone on here can direct you !.

If you have another bike or can do without it for a week just post em some where !..

And another thing I’d fo is ring Hope direct there customer service is the best !..

I’ve got 3 Orange bikes with hope x2,m4 & new tech3 x2”s they all feel
& operate mint ,you couldn’t pay me to have acids,& shimano a are like a switch !.cheap tho ,for a reason ..

Any combo even hope enduro ,I went to my lbs who price marched when rush were doin em for £300 !.

I’d try the importer, i had the same issue with all my pocs, i’ve got 3,& they’ve all done it with washing.

We got one under warranty as a gesture form the importer, failing that, just sew it back together on a machine….or get someone to do it for ya.. 😉

So you now a regular night rider then eh ?.

Ive done this with a 2014 650 Crush,stans wheels,1 x 10 with a 11×42 clutch mech,bar,stem,hope x2’s etc,its a more useable bike now,kept the std rockshox forks as they’re mint,& dya really want & need fancy forks on a hard tail ??,er no !.

Check out the Orange 2015 range, they’re doing these type of mods to the Clockwork & Crush arn’t they ?,funny that, so clearly theres a market for it.[*]

Ditto to moshymonster skf have been around for years,& used in every industry ,the only bearing that you may consider is ceramic but a bit dearer !.

Kmc ere on 2 bikes, on 1 x 10 & 2 x10 ,with regular cleaning & lubing they’ll last longer,that’s my philosophy anyrd !.

And you’ll need some travel spacers in 20 & 10mm,some fox float fluid & a pillow (fox terminology) ,& a shock pump.
