We’ve checked your account and can see that you are not subscribed to
the 30Mb package. Your area will be ready by the end of January 2013 at
that time you will get a 20Mb speed. This is the reason you are getting
only 10Mb speed.

the one already on our records.

They obviously didn’t even bother to read my email and just sent a stock response. Nice.
