Slightly off topic. I had the purple hue on my HTC one camera. It is a well known problem (many threads about it in many places on internet). Contacted HTC and they arranged pick up, repair and sent it back in a week. All gratis.

So…… Send it back, get a nice case and a tempered glass screen protector. And there you have it, a new phone. Plus. I’ve yet to find anything that my phone won’t run or do yet.

I must agree with the majority on here. Who were you expecting ? Why buy tickets for something you don’t follow that much and will have to spend a large amount of time driving to (unless you live in that part of the world). Crazy.

Anyway have a good time , just wish I could get the time off work to go. The speed they go and the size of the jumps/steepness is next level s**t.

It simply is the best pure DH venue I have been to in the UK. Fast uplift and run by great bunch of guys and gals.

In comparison to BPW and FOD it is much steeper, much more technical and warrents a full DH bike.

    Give it a go, plus you can try and beat Gee’s time on Ffar side with the freelap watches they have there. {Or in my case see how much slower you are}

Buy this. Unless you are regularly racing or riding a dh bike it will more than cope with anything you throw at it. Zee kit on it as well. 27.5 and cheap.

I had a similar thing. Turned after changing bottom bracket, checking pedals etc etc it was my saddle creaking where it mounted to the reverb. Removed, cleaned, little bit of grease and hey presto no creak.

Might be worth checking if you are running a dropper post.

Evoc is defo with the money. Was looking at one for a few years and finally pulled the trigger a week before going to les gets last month. Comfy, no need for backplate, enough room for all the essentials, looks good. What more could you ask. In fact you will need one to fit in as it seems everyone has got one out there.

Dual ply. One less thing to worry about. Get a good run down with no mechanicals and you can generally get into one of the mass starts.

Yep plenty of people still into it. I turned my basement into a proper little cinema for pretty cheap. (cheap compared to most installs)

Head over to Home Cinema choice website or AVforums and have a browse at what you can get for your money these days, be it at the cheap or expensive end. Be warned I found it to be even more off a slippery slope in upgrading than bikes!

Yep sorry. Full suss would be preferable. I’ve found that things are just a lot more fun in the Alps with a full susser especially for someone who has never been. Makes it a bit easier.

That Giant is a good bet also.

    Factory reset.
    Go to Computer Exchange.
    Get 50-60 quid for it.
    Buy a Hudl.

    That’s what I did.

My other half used to work for a private passenger company who provided transport for BBC at elstree. There was an Asian actor from eastenders there who only wanted Asian drivers. White driver turned up , he threw a hissy fit and wanted a different car. Apparently that was Ok and not racist at all.

I struggled to find any that fitted. I now use Oakley Xs (kids ones) in mine. Fit perfect.

Have used it all around Oz / Thailand and throughout Europe. Paid with card and taken cash out. Exchange rate is Bank of England rate and always pretty good. No charges for use either.

I wouldn’t bother with using it here just pay it off when you get back. That’s what we have always done.

If camping at le plan make sure you bring toilet roll. We got caught out last year. Four fellas searching around campsite for spare bog roll is not good!

We’ll be there again this year. Also insect repellent is a good idea.
