Sometimes it’s not practical or possible to get changed as soon as you stop. End of ride pub stops for example. Although I suppose I could take a change in the camelbak and whip em off in the bogs

Big **** off spots appear after I’ve been wearing it. It could be the time taken to drive home after a ride and get a shower, but it could be that they’re not letting the skin breathe and trapping moisture and bacteria. I don’t have any problems normally after running or gym sessions but a day or two after a ride, boom.

Yeah I meant pants.

Dead easy to use – set it going in three taps. Yesterday’s run (don’t take the piss, I’m new to it!)

I’ve got one of those replacement nanos, which has this built in to it (no need for the sensor). Used it yesterday and I quite liked it, it’ll tell you (as in speak to you in the earphones) how far you’ve gone, for how long and at what pace at the push of a button.

Of course it’ll record everything and you can upload your runs to a website to chart your progress (though I’ve not worked out how that happens yet)
