I think if you rip a nail off completely it’ll grow back.

    You could try that?

    Firstly, sorry for your loss.

I saw my mum last when she was very sick, a few hours before she died.

I have never wished I’d seen her afterwards.

Now that’s answered, can I hijack this thread and ask what helps rain disperse from goggles/glasses? Is that rain-x mentioned above the thing?

I’m being entertained tonight, but if I were you, I’d go for a nice lamb karahi, garlic naan and some sag aloo

Hello. I’m in Sheffield, sitting naked while waiting for my legs to stop bleeding.

It’s slippy out there at the moment folks, take care.

    Result!

I found this thread and with a combination of a soak in GT85 and a blast with the hair dryer, I got one of them off with the torx bit.

Then the second one, which I’d had a go at with the screwdriver, moved when I waggled the rotor about. Then it just unscrewed with the driver.

    Bloody love this place sometimes!

Second Heeley – been spending a bit of time there recently and it’s not at all bad (apart from the scally from the Manor I met early on new year’s morning). The Sheaf is top!

Meersbrook is the next district along, I know a few people who have bought their first houses up that way. Big park which you can snowboard in when there’s a dump

First Christmas together with just my gf, who’s currently unemployed. So I got a giant mug and a book of vouchers. Which is along the lines of what GW was going to ask for, but filthier 🙂

I’m really struggling to think of a stand out album from this year.

Enjoyed some stuff but nothing really wowed.

The negative connotation comes from the implication that a black person has been ‘coloured’ ie is different from the norm.

I just had a squiz through the documentation and I can’t see anything about 3G usage. I can see where you’d be able to know when you start and stop using 3G, but not how much you are using 🙁

I didn’t really like the school environment so left at 16 and did a vocational course. Although I got good GCSEs, I didn’t do too well at college – mainly through discovering booze and girls I think!

I then spent two years working abroad before starting a HND and moving up from that to complete a degree. I now work in IT.

I did a business and an IT course a college because I thought that’s what I’d need to go out and make some money. At school I was good at maths and science.

With the benefit of hindsight and the last 15 years in the ‘real world’ I really, really wish I had stayed at school and completed A levels in something I was good at, gone on to uni to do the same and got a job in something I could do. I constantly try to be good at my job now but I don’t think I ever really manage it.
