    It ended up being the beans and sausages straight out of the tin, with a beer.

    @CountZero

    Cereal with beer was a favourite of a mate back in scooter rally days of the late 80’s.

    Just realised no white bread, so toast and sandwhich are out.

    Tinned food or tinned beer it is.

    I had the earlier grey/orange version, for the price it was pretty good.

    Did around a thousand miles on it in the first couple of lockdowns, no problems.

    Woods and downs. Horses, dogs, walkers and plenty of riders out, everyone happy, must be the sun!

    Eartham woods up onto the SDW, dropping down into Houghton for a coffee. Plenty of happy people out, nice day!

    I’ll be out in a bit, sun is shining! Doubt it will be anything epic, but I may also make it onto the downs.

    In and around Eartham Woods and up to Whiteways Cafe. 36.7 miles, 2350 ft elevation. Sheep shit in all the hard to clean bits.20240521_11273220240521_11265920240521_130738

    STW is the only mag I subscribe to now.

    Throughout the ’80s and ’90s it was

    Scootering/Scooter Scene

    Custom Car/Street Machine

    Used to be an avid book reader but now it’s more Netflix and beer in the evenings

    No problem here, just added another to my basket.  I said in the other thread it cost me around £50 delivered, it was actually £45.

    Yeah, I got the one Mattyboy linked above.

    Night and day difference, it felt weird for a bit as I couldn’t really feel the saddle under me (the point I suppose)

    Hardtail mtb so bouncing around a bit.

    Think it ended up costing £50 delivered, cheap enough for a gamble?

    Again, thanks for the welcomes!

    I don’t glow in the dark as far as I’m aware, was struggling to think of a username, it’s a song by The Meteors.

    No superpowers either!

    @stwhannah
    I didn’t say I was any good 😉

    @sharkattack
    There are many, in different states of build, from the ’80’s to modern, I’ll find some photos and post a few.

    @didnthurt
    I’ll have a read of those now over a beer or two!

    I’ve seen the frozen sausages mentioned a few times but can’t find that thread with the search, anyone got a link? Sounds interesting!

    @blokeuptheroad it was reading about the 502 club and stuff that made me decide to join and subscribe. This seems a good forum so willing to contribute.
