Use firefox and it has one. What about personal pride and LEARNING HOW to spell yourself rather than using the computer as an excuse. BTW spelling and punctuation are different, your punctuation is shit also!

Niterider measure there luemn output whereas hope quote the theoretical maximum without taking into consideration the lense or the heat effects. Both probably look about the same

For a long day pack sandwiches on wholegrain bread with tuna or cheese in for a bit of protein to stop the total depletion. Good complex cabs as well. Bananas or dried banana chips as a snack (or jelly babies), and malt loaf.

Take a couple of gels in case of emergencies.

Loads of water too – food is useless without water to “free up” the energy in it.

Right i have just “tested” 2 of the same design dakine bladder and they are leaking round the lid area. It seems that it is bonded to the bladder but air can (and also water) escape through the bond.
Any ideas how to seal this?

its ate the edge of the black lid area

not sure yet – the jockey wheel looks like it has melted under friction and one tooth has been ground away by the chain rubbing against it as it wasn’t moving
