2 stairs at a time, all the time. I wouldn’t have thought there would be much at the gym to help, unless you can jack up the treadmills, the one’s at my gym go to 10% I think which feels pretty steep but it’s no mountain.

Body weight squats and lunges would be better than using heavy weights as you’ll build up strength but it won’t help your endurance.

Maybe pistol squats if you’re hardcore (I’m not, I just fall over)

My 2 penneth – 8(ish)inch ones are better, the squarer form is better for browsing than the widescreen 7 inch ones and they’re a lot lighter than the 10inchers.

I would say, being the owner of an iPad 3, 7 inch android tablet (now sold) and an iPad mini that the mini is the best of the lot all round. I might swap it for a retina one one day, but the original is pretty damn good.

That said, I’d be tempted to try out a Note 8.0 first.

    Penis.

Well now I look mental, and it’s going to be hard to blag that I’ve had a hilariously funny email about insurance

For a private car? Unless there’s something odd about your insurance needs I’d suggest no one.

(speaking as a motor insurance underwriter)

If it’s something spectacular then footman james or adrian flux are the big ones, some small local ones like 1sure might be good too.

You do get used to the extra size pretty quickly, I went from an iphone to a galaxy s3 and got used to it pretty quickly, the S4 is actually a little bit smaller despite having a bigger screen.

If you want something smaller then the S4 mini and HTC one mini are a decent bet, they don’t get quite the same specs as the bigger ones but I suppose you wouldn’t be using it for the graphics heavy tasks, because if you were you’d want a bigger screen

Similar to the op at the mo, Might have to go back to the wholewheat pasta chicken and leaves thing soon as I’ve put a bit of chunk on.

Normally have crisps though (something like quavers, not proper ones) every day, can’t have a sarnie without crisps

Depends when you got your driving licence, I can ride a 50 with no CBT and no L plates, I could even carry a passenger if I was dumb enough. It would still need to be restricted to 30mph though so I’d be better off riding my bike for local trips.

Nope, ponytail with the end tucked in to the bobbles, kind of like a lazy bun.

Been there, nice little distillery. The owner was there when we took our tour and he completely took over. Very interesting guy, passionate about his whiskey. Was hoping to go back there this summer but didn’t make it, hopefully next year.

I’m going to be ignoring my bikes and watching the TV while drinking beer and eating pizza. The wife is out, the kids will soon be in bed. Lazy evening for me.

We’ve got that wiggly ikea one, the wife makes bangin mash. She busts them up with the masher, then attacks it with a whisk. Mmmmmmmm mash.

I’m not surprised though, that was a shunt and I half and he’s no spring chicken.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see him in something a bit more stately if his injuries allow, I see Mark Webber was suggesting joining the porsche project on twitter today.

I like zipvit gels, like rocket fuel.

That said, I hardly ever use them on the mtb, I’m rarely out long enough to need to refuel, but they’ve come in handy on the road before.

Nexus 5 and the three deal you’ve got there.

I’m going for that sim only deal when my contract is up, but I’ll be going for a cheap as chips phone as I’ve almost always got my ipad on me. A girl at work has just bought a galaxy fame (after losing an iphone and a galaxy s4 in 3 months)and something like that would be fine for me. Top phones are getting too big now. There’s no need most of the time, and I don’t want another iphone.

Inertia works both ways. (momentum, whatever. I’m no fizzlecyst)

I like the sound of the leverage argument, makes sense to me as a layman, I’ll remember to stick bigger rotors on bigger wheels if I change wheel size in future.

How odd, I’ve just googles this question and I led me here. That one from Amazon is lovely especially for £50. I’m tempted even if it’s a bit crap it looks nice.

I celebrated this with a sausage and a couple of beers down the german market.

This afternoon is likely to be similarly prolific.

If you want to feel the trail come alive, simply ziptie a large, angry badger to your seat tube. You can’t get much more alive than that.

To be honest, if you can’t find an angry badger, strapping a happy one to your bike will probably have a similar effect after a short while.

I flew to LA and back from San francisco with them a few years back. Only issue was on the way back they made a spectacularly odd decision to put me and the mrs on the middle two seats of a row of four with two single people on the isles. Well weird. At least I got the fit girl.

Plane was fine, crew were fine, but maybe I have low expectations, I’ve never flow with any of the middle eastern lot.

I’ve just had new lights in the living room and put LED bulbs in instead of halogens, no mention of lampholders or anything. £8 is the going rate I think, £4 from ikea, boom. Any excuse for a hot dog and put the kids in the creche for 45 mins. Lovely.

I got some Radars from the York one, really cheap, but it depends what they’ve got in at the time. I went last autumn and there was diddly. The kids wouldn’t let me go in the cheshire oaks one the over week.

I’ve got one, it’s up the loft. Nice as it is it’s just too much of a ball ache. I’ll swallow down a tassimo if I want a quick cuppa or I’ll go to a shop in town for a proper one.

I love Claud. The wife knows if I had the choice she’d be out on her ear. She is fine with this, as it’s unlikely in the extreme.

There’s a book written by Anna Hemmings about her battles with CFS, i knew her a bit through canoeing when I was a nipper and recommended to a friend of my wife’s when she was suffering with it. Apparently it’s pretty good and turned out to be useful.

No experience of it myself fortunately.

    Might be worth a read.

Isn’t that the standard M5 blue? Looks very similar to my mates dad’s old 2002 M5 (colour wise obviously, shape is a bit different)

Me and the Mrs went to the jewellery quarter together to pick hers, got a nice simple platinum solitaire for about £350 just under 10 years ago. I think it looks nice, won’t win any awards for worlds flashiest but we like it.

Not sure what you can get down there for £500 these days, but it’s not all megabucks stuff. My first wedding ring was £40 from the same shop I think.

Well I’ve just discovered you can’t get the new A Day To Remember album on Spotify or Deezer, so I’m out.

The Google Play paid option (whatever it’s called) is probably the best for me, as you can use the same app you play your music collection and have access to other stuff.

Edit – Google play all access apparently

No problem with streaming here either, even when driving.

However, for some reason, google has decided to replace a couple of my tracks with completely random ones. Which is odd.

Yep, well known side affect and it’s also prescribed for treating premature ejaculation……

Mrs Prawny was on it for a while to manage her anxiety and depression, worked pretty well for her, she was awful before, and awful when she tried to come off it the first time. She’s better now though, she complained that it robbed her of her sex drive. I didn’t notice the difference to be fair, I think the kids killed that one off a couple of years before :x

some explicit photograph’s of the fan with one of the show’s stars were posted on a cbbc webpage..

Aren’t Carrie and David married, so was it the fan and the dog? I certainly hope so, that would make it even more amusing.

I will admit that I think Carrie is fit as.

Google play is pretty good, you can upload a certain number of songs to google’s servers, then access it for free online.

It works. You can pin the songs you’re most likely to listen to which keeps them on your phone for offline listening.

I’ve got unlimited data though, so I’m not sure how much you use using it. But it’s be good to keep a few favourites on your phone then switch them about when you’re on wifi, but have access to them over the air if you need/want to.

Dean Potter prawny. I couldn’t watch it all, I get the sweats when I see people doing that kind of thing!

That’s the feller, to be honest, I think I had to google whether he survived or not to watch the end. Balls of steel, brains of butter.

Now, bit of a thread cross, but that’s reminded me of a fantastic documentary me and the mrs watched about some famous climber slacklining in yosemite. Dean something, great film.

I wouldn’t mind one of them, be good fun in the summer.
