3 hours after having the stitches out I ripped it open again.

The last Chasetrails dig eveybody that turned up got entered into a draw for a raffle of loads of prizes :-)

Carpark at Birches valley is always rammed on a Sunday might volunteer some of my time and take a collecting tin and membership forms to the entrance :P

Parking is £2 a day but is being increased to £3 soon.All parking permits that are purchased through Chasetrails keeps the money.

Not heard about it being sold out,people are skint and Mayhem does not give VFM in my opinion.Nobody in my regular group of 12 I ride with are doing it, we are booking log cabins in the lakes instead and riding.

Had a two week holiday there and it was great,lots of hills with goats tracks all over the place.
Did not see anyone hiring bikes there and very little in the way of other bikers.
Take your own and get the rest of the family to hire a 4×4 8)

Cheers guys, the stag do is on the Saturday when everybody will be there.There are a few arriving early Friday and leaving late on the Sunday so will not be just going to get lashed so hopefully I will get a feel of the city.
