Probably could have lived with the pink. But then noticed the forks have pink graphics. Bit too much for me that lol. List down to one bike now. Phew lol.

We waited 2 weeks before we got amber after molly went. Zoe seemed a bit unsure when we came back from the vets and she wasn’t with us. Two cats is a nice number. Even though they might not get on. It’s nice to know they have company when we are at work all day.

Think the works one is black. Both the s and works are now 1x gearing. Only the lower s model is 2x

The orange is the higher s model. Just been chatting to someone from cycleworks in York. The t130 sx is due in 2 weeks and apparently the pink looks great.

Awwwww sorry to hear that. What a lovely way to go though, and not laid on a vets table. Hope I can be that lucky with my Zoe when the time comes.

Took our molly to the vets for what I thought was routine. She never came home. Worst feeling of my life. Blubbing at work. Went out couple of weeks later and amber has a loving home instead of a shelter. Know n how you are feeling bud.

Keep em coming. The more the merrier.
That Cube did pop up on the radar a few weeks ago.
Has anyone had experience with that Norco I mentioned. Its the cheapest on the list at £1500. Better forks and spec than I have at the moment on the C456, so not a sideways move for me.

some nice ideas there. Cheers (even the fatbike haha). Saw that canyon the other day. Little bit more than I would want to spend at the moment though. Although this one looks great

Did think about it, but want to give them a miss now after getting shabby advice about the problems with my bike.

Windows phone here. Occasionaly get a message asking to open or save a file. Click the back arrow on the phone and it goes away. Semi worrying all the same.

Ok here it is then, the official solution from the head mechanic. Its a corker as well.

Grease the skewer and make sure its done up tight enough.

We got reflective film on ours as well. She’s on about making some curtains next

DTS RWS Thru. Better still if the hub can take a through axle size version. Still screws up to a nut rather than bolts into the frame, but I much prefer the lever on them to the cam lever of a traditional skewer, and when done up they stay done up, in my experience.

Unlike mine that still come lose on every ride. As per my post about my C456 grrrrrrrrr.

Looking at beefing the windows up on my new shed as well (I didnt want a window installed, she did lol).
Already got a bolted in hasp and stable with good quality squire padlock.
Just coach bolted the hinges and installed enfield garage door bolts.
Thinking of getting some MS flat bar with a hole either end and using a good length woodscrew screw at least 2 across each window pane.
No window would have been better, but I was overuled.

Right then. First contact from on one. They cant see a problem from the photos they requested from me of the rear end. And also have never heard of any issues with with rear wheel coming lose and out of the dropouts whilst being ridden. Bloke on the other end of the email said hes going to get a mechanic to look at this on Monday for me.

Just get them. Mate has a pair and loves them. I’ve had Neutron Ultras and now Shamal Ultras. Fantastic wheels that dont take much looking after. When I got rid of the bike the Neutrons they were as straight as the day I got them around 6 years before.

I’ve used Hope skewer and now a DTS RWS thru

The RWS are the ones Im using now. Thought they were done up really tight compared to the normal 10mm skewer. Still waiting on response from On One. Probably going to have to be a case of make sure its super tight before every ride and cross my fingers for the duration.

Just painted our new shed. Exterior with 3 coats of cuprinol ducksback. Goes on really nice. Interior with 2 coats of cuprinol garden shades.

Wonder if its an issue with the non drive side dropout. It’s always bugged me on how little of the skewer actually makes contact with metal.

Yep mines non evo. Tell you what though. If on one can sort me out I would be tempted to go back to a steel one again.

Ah now that makes sense. *goes and puts drill on charge*

Thinking it might be tricky to drill that out by hand. You’re only taking 1mm off the drop out to alter the diameter from 10 to 12mm. Guessing a pillar drill and clamp solid to the bed would be the best bit as you could bugger up the tolerance/hole centre position.

When you say ghetto conversion I assume its just drilling it out to 12mm dia.

Just emailed photos off to them as requested. Not expecting much out of this tbh. Its an older black and red one way out of the 2 year warranty period.

Odd thing was it was ok initially. Told my lass about it not being safe to ride as the primer for getting a new bike lol.

Used to be an A. More B now. Ride when I want and just enjoy it when I do. Bloke at work is an A. Calls his riding training. So a totally different mindset to me. Mind you he’s single and its all he does.
