Hmmm, had a look and can’t find the top fuel bearings. His user name is airborne10101 on ebay. Goes under Ka Tec bikes, from Edinburgh.

I replaced mine the other week. Bought them from Kaesae (from on here) on Ebay. £39.00 for a full set for a fuel ex 8. Search trek fuel bearings on Ebay.

I’ve no doubt that Ferrari will be back in the thick of things by tomorrow. It should be a cracker of a race.

Hora,a total lack of any rear suspension combined with your large mass would lead to an epic fail  and thats before you decide which forks to buy for it! :D

The best Bottom brackets ever made> and they make them in shiny colours. unlike the chocolate ones made by shimano and FSA.

You need a zero stack headset in either 1.5″ or 1’1/8 depending on your forks steerer size. Hope and Cane creek do decent models. google Zero stack. HTH.

If you put “stove building regs J” into google it will take you to a page with a PDF download telling you what the legal requirement is. We had to have an Air ventillation port put into the dining room when we had our cavity wall insulation done by Homeserve last year because we have a coal fire in the living room. It creates a right draft!

Avid elixir 5’s are on sale at Merlin for £134.00 for a set. I bought a set with 185 rotors for the new Kinesis xc pro3 and they’re the dogs kahunas! And I’ve just seen that they are doing an xt gear set for £129.95 plus 10 percent off. Bargain.

I’m in all morning tomorrow. Come and borrow it for a couple of weeks and if you like it we can sort out a deal. It’s only done 600 mile and is in great condition. I’ve got my eye on a Madone in the sale at Royles :D

Hi SwissTony. I’ve used the KS I900 for the last two and a half years. The original model suffered from excessive play after a couple of months of use. This has now been rectified and i would recommend the remote version. North West MTB centre were selling the 2010 I900 remote for £175.00 a couple of months ago. They have 5 inches of infinitely adjustable travel and just need a quick wipe over after use. i keep my bike in a wall mounted vertical rack which seems to help with keeping the seals moist. I’m not at home so can’t tell you the overall length of the base post at the moment. HTH.

Sorry to hear your bad news mate. Try not to dwell on what might have been mate. Get up early in the morning and head out on the bike for a few hours. Then go online when you get home and buy some new forks! Hope to see you for a ride soon, email in profile mate.Chin up.

I’d put myself on the advertising section on here for a start. People are always asking where to stay in the Peak district on here. I believe that the advertising rates are very cheap compared to any other website. Give it a go for a month.

Passed me today at the Hope cross and later at Lockerbrook Farm on the way down to Derwent reservoir. Sure there not supposed to be on there, but met two 4x4s last summer coming up Ashton clough! not sure if they’re allowed on it or not. The signs aren’t very clear around the area and the maps don’t help. Met one (a KTM 400) coming down Jacobs 2 weeks ago at 0630 on a Saturday morning, Very cheeky 8O

A direct quote from my maths teacher in my 1983 school report that my wife and i were having a good laugh over earlier this week: “Adrian is capable of producing some very good work. Unfortunately we haven’t seen it yet this term”. Classic!

Bonty Mud X’s are very good, have run them tubeless for two years now. The best winter tyre is the Panaracer Trailraker UST. Nothing comes near it IMO.
