Long shot but you could try VISA or Mastercard and see if your covered for the purchase on your card. Its effectively a fraudulent transaction??

There is a really good outdoor karting track near by – http://www.kartingnortheast.com/%5B/url%5D

We did this on day 2 of a stag do, can’t really help with what else to do, think we spent most of it in a strip club, its all a little hazy

Not really sure, but there are less tracks over that side of the forest, it shouldn’t be too hard if you know where the start is.

This is from the Wyre Forest MTB Facebook Group…

Circuit is over the Button Oak side of the forest.

    Gutted…

Dry, hard and fast running trails up Wyre equals broken collar bone for me :(

Now i have to stay in and watch everyone else having fun up there. :(

Looks like the Wyre Forest has been taking some casualties… Think its because it’s finally dried up and running fast.

Here’s mine from last Saturday, snapped collar bone, just hoping its all fixed and strong for the Alps in July.

So Annoying to be off the bike now for a fair few weeks while the best of the Summer weather has started.

Why not connect a laptop or PC via VGA or HDMI to the TV and use Sky Go via website?

Sky Go on the iPad is locked down to stop mirroring, i think they’ve even stopped it on jailbroken devices now.

Try grabbing a French app, they generally have a few keywords or phases which come in handy

Also nursing an injury, bruised/cracked rib and snapped collar bone, Co-codamol and Ibuprofen is working ok. Taking them staggered so always got some new stuff going in.

mikewsmith, love that video…. We’re off to Whiteroom this July and I can’t wait, also checked out your Mt Buller video on Vimeo, dry and dust what dreams are made of, hope to get to Mt. Buller later in the year when we emigrate.

Does a premium account let you access more than 60 days of activity? I’d like to see all my history, which i’m pretty sure the iPhone app lets you do.

Not sure if they’ve been cleared but Camber and Jedi had trees down still last week and you approach them pretty quick :) Also, think Caravan is know by a different name. But its basically a thin bit of single track that starts near the caravan park over by the button oak road and runs along the ridge that drops down to Dowles brook. Its a nice fun section so try find it.

I rode Wyre last night in the rain. Its pretty good at the moment. There are still some very muddy tracks but if you know the Wyre quite well you’ll know where these are likely to be, apart from that alot of the trails were dusty dry with the odd muddy puddles.

    For Example…

    Jungle Run – OK
    Camber – OK
    Jedi – OK
    Caravan – OK
    Hog Run – OK

It just logs the gps positions, then when you upload your ride it matches the gps positions to segments people have specified on the strava website.

3 plan looks ok but what is Tethering

Tethering is using you phone as a WiFi router, so you can use your 3G internet on other devices like laptop and iPad.

The tree on Camber was a problem though, the little ramp had mostly fallen apart.

Hows ‘Titty Track’ aka Camber riding? Is the bridge back?

The fallen trees on Jedi looked natural to me, but the sticks and branches every few metres didn’t..

What’s wrong with these people, Jedi isn’t even in the ‘Nature Reserve’ area is it?

Paint it, but use a proper resin floor paint, its a lot tougher than normal floor paint.

All is open now, lovely and sunny today too.

How are the trails tho? are they real Wet from the snow melt?

I’ve been to FoD today and it was like mid-summer, dusty dry trails… and warming sun :D

Go to Google Apps for Business and use their mail, which is basically Gmail. But you can have it setup for your domain. It only costs £3.30 per mailbox/month.. This includes Google Drive, allowing you to store Office type documents online, Google Calendar, etc… Also allows shared calendars and collaborative working on Office documents.

Can be setup with Outlook if thats what you require.

I went with a KCNC as a replacement for the Shimano one and it seems to be holding up ok, but we are only talking a couple of months. I’d prob go for a hope next time but when I was looking no one stocked them.

Wouldn’t recommend PayPal, They have been know to freeze accounts and lock them down for 90days.

Check the O2 website, I unlocked my iPhone 4 via the website for free. It might not apply to new phones tho.

Yeah, I watch SKY F1 on SkyGO, works fine… Not as nice as watching proper sky tho, for quality.

I used to love the BBC coverage when Martin Brundle was there with coultard, but SKY F1 coverage and info is now much better

Not sure why that would be, FAT32 should let you store up to 4Gb for a single file, try NTFS, might not work if your using it in a camera tho

Was there yesterday, pretty dry, almost dusty in sections :) but there are still a few sticky sections which plastered my bike.

How much is it to get from mainland to Tasmania? as that looks awesome

Anyone on here know what the biking is like near Canberra, we are moving out there end of the year. I have YouTube’d it a fair bit but nice to hear from people who have actually riden there.

Looks like there is a good scene down near Melbourne, but thats some distance I know.

Thanks MTB Rob, although £90 is more than I wanted to spend really and not sure places will have stock yet will they.

Looking at these as everyone seems to rate enduro bearings http://www.enduroforkseals.com/id256.html but can’t find UK supplier

Yeah, i rode and neglected my bike before going on holiday for a week and came back to find my BB solid, hence the need for a new shinny one.

I used to use a booster on O2, just for call tho not 3G worked well. Aerial on the roof and an internal aerial in the house. Took reception from nothing to a useable 2-3 bars. If you get one you have to make sure its on the right frequency for your provider.
