yes. have had absolutely no issue with them over 1000 miles. rims are pretty tough. Recommend them as a cheap set of carbon wheels TBH. mine are 1620g

preload doesn’t change the overall spring rate though.

you get spray on SiO2 sealants that do the same thing they just don’t last as long but are much cheaper.
