OP is feeling crap because he is 6 stone overweight and is probably overdoing the exercise. nothing to do with toxins being released from his fat.

To loose weight you use more calories that you take in but you also have to have a balanced diet so your body actually uses the stored calories rather than the sugars you take in.

RS themselves give a 2 year warranty – the seals aren’t part of that 2 year warranty though.

have you had it serviced in those 1.5 years? its probably just the seals that need replaced. as such they do fall under wear and tear and you’d be hard pressed to convince otherwise unless the bike has hardly been ridden.

no humour intended, it was my honest opinion. As someone who has been unemployed effectively for 4 years I’m disgusted by the way teachers act. I’m pretty sure they knew it would be hard work going into the career.

They complain and fine parents if they take children out of school during term time but seem ok with not turning up themselves. This causes no end of issues for working parents which frankly is unacceptable.

They are but they also want a decent and pay to go with it.

I don’t believe in the public sector taking full industrial action I could never do it but I wishy them the best of luck.

industry jobs will want experience of GLP, SOP’s and ISO on top of the scientific experience. She may find it is very difficult to get into industry. Even getting a post doc position is now incredibly difficult to get. I’ve not had one in 4 years and that’s looking all over the country. Sadly grants are written with someone specifically in mind and then once you’ve had a couple you become too expensive to employ.

monarch RT3 or RCS have a good pedalling platform but only the really cheap shocks tend to have a proper full lock out.
