Has Brant suggested what royalty splits will range from yet?

    Spot the Capitalist ;)

I will watch with curiosity, I have no bright ideas but it will be interesting to see what makes the cut! All the best.

I thought it was quite amusing. Maybe I’m a victim of their evil marketing campaign.

Ribble and Planet X have done the same to me recently,

I would say I will never purchase from them again but it would be a blatant lie. I will be crawling back next time they are £20 cheaper :D

I recommended them the other day, I like them a lot. Had them on for a few thousand miles and no complaints at all.

Will replace them with the same when needed.

BTW – this is when his two daughters and his wife are in.

People never take drugs when their family are in, I’m sure Mr Starship has never had a beer or a glass of wine around family.

Spray him with the hose and tell him to get a job

    :D

I would like to point you in the direction of the Grand Prix GT tyres:

    http://www.wiggle.co.uk/continental-grand-prix-gt-folding-road-tyre/

Excellent puncture resistance and Black Chilli compound for grip. Good weight too, recommended.

Big fan, very comfy. Though I have only used it for commuting and cruising about.

Kcal, how is the setup with front panniers? I’m thinking of loading mine the same, any handling issues?

Will grab a few photos tomorrow to add :)

Welcome to the world of how disc brakes were adjusted before post mount :D I have spent many a happy hour carefully adding washers only to drop them all over the floor. thank god for post mounts.

Just checked my Wiggle account and there is a “return item” button next to items I’ve purchased, so if that is still there for events that should be changed.

Doesn’t alter the fact it says non-refundable on the event page when you order though. If you missed that and are still getting wound up thats a bit strange

Trying to get a refund on a non-refundable event may have been the first error here.

    Love the Sparrowhawk, good work.

Is that a Poplar Hawk moth? looks furry.

Spotted one whilst lounging on the cliffs by Mullion Cove in Cornwall the other month, buzzing around quite happily despite the breeze.

This was just after we spotted a Peregrine Falcon perched on a rock with a kill and also managed to watch a kestrel from above hunting for ten minutes.

A pretty good day out nature wise.

Surely so the 30t chainring can fit as normal, rather than have the little tabs to space it out as per the raceface 30t 104bcd chainring?

Makes sense to me… Though it is annoying.

I currently have carbon forks on a steel frame, I like the idea of having it all steel and need to get some new forks.

Project 2’s are quite robust no? I’m after a nice supple ride. More suggestions very welcome!

Colour not important :) Soma offer exactly what I’m after, thank you for suggesting them.

Will look into how best to source them in the uk.

You’ll need to go for the Edge touring or 810 to follow routes.

Just watching this now…Cranked up. Some proper good stuff. High grade, dare I say..

Thank you very much for bringing this to my attention. So, so good.

Massive grin the whole way through.

That makes more sense, a friend of mine recently won the national 24 hour TT champs, he did just over 500 miles.

To do that six days in a row is actually impossible, maybe.

700c is the same diameter, depending on the width of your rim you could go down as small as a 700×28.

Ive just fitted some 700×35 Panaracer Paselas to some 29er wheels and they look cracking.

Like it, I’m about to do the same for a road frame.

Mind if I ask how you stripped it? Is waxing it the best option you reckon? Rather than a clear coat.

When working on a dairy farm, the cows didn’t seem to injure themselves when I buzzed past them on a quad/motorbike, so Im not sure a mountain bike would cause any issues, no doubt just grumpy farmers looking for any excuse!

It’s quite hard to get a sleepy cow to move at 3:45am sometimes!

Also in the market for something like this, wasn’t aware of the Ribble, will take a look.

Mister P, if you would like to email me with details of your equilibrium that would be great too.
