One of my friends rode 100km off-road on a singlespeed Chameleon (Aberystwyth to Machynlleth and back) Whilst the other rider was on a 27 speed commencal meta 5. Comfort is quite subjective, choose something you like the look of, they'll all be friggin good to ride 😀

I hurt my wrist a few years ago, not sure if it was broken but I had a fairly large lump just up from my thumb. Didnt go to the doctors because I was going up to scotland in a few weeks. I bought this, it was very good, took some of the load off my wrist and stopped it from bending too far. CRC have quite a range of 661 supports, I should think theres something there that would suit.

Im not sure about the inners (they havent rusted though) and the outer is certainly shimano SP41 (cut from a big reel) I thought about £5 was average tbh.

Summit cycles in Aberystwyth just got some new stock in so I would guess the holey trail has some. Ive been using a 2.5 for a year now and its been excellent, Im using a 3 litre camelbak bladder, you just cant fill it all the way up.

Same situation happened with me (just with a wheel) after much discussion it was agreed he would pay me half my money back, not ideal and I agree that its the sellers responsibility but sometimes you just have to take a hit.
