The 16 inch is alright for XC, 14 inch is a bit too small. Theyre not heavy really, my 14 inch frame weighs 5.5 pounds or so.

It totally **** you up. Last year was my first year of university, first term I did alot of drinking (out at least four times a week) and alot of riding but always struggled, my fitness just didnt increase at all. Second term I stopped drinking quite so much and my fitness got alot better surprisingly fast. I now dont really drink at all, every so often I'll have a big night but the hangovers just feel even worse 😀
