To be fair this is the first time he’s damaged anything valuable , he’s 15 , my phones on a contract till the end of next year so that’s not an option. Thought I’d get a 5s for £150 ish and get it insured this time..

I’ve ridden with both company’s , Marco at Ciclo Montana is more suited if you don’t mind climbing , Switchbacks is definitely a bit more hard core downhill wise. Ciclo suited me better as I’m more into XC riding. You can’t go wrong with either really.

It’s 50mm long , and about 1mm deep and wide. Wouldn’t think its structural just looks crap.

Thanks for that, I had a quick look. They would be able to repair the scratch but not paint finish. I might give them a ring just to find out what to use filler wise.

A bit of a change of topic, but how do you clear all the data from the unit after you have downloaded it?

Conditions are perfect at the moment, I was up on the downs this afternoon (bignor hill) very dry and fast. Enjoy.

Hi, I also had a prolapsed disc last year, I had a micro distectomy, Privately cost £6000! . I was able to bike again gently after 6 weeks but each case is different. Good luck.
