I’ve just started making mine out of an old 45 gallon oil drum. Charcoal and wood tastes better.

I love mine, the first thing you notice especially if you ride a canyon nerve then this is that it doesn’t climb as well. It is almost as good climbing as my pitch was though. It goes down much better than my pitch did which is a longer travel bike. When I look at other bikes they would be in addition to my five rather than replace. I’m outbiked.

Or if your going back to the store just give the ticket to the store manager with your name and it will get cancelled, it’s an error. If your doing contracts work let the car park attendant know as his machine just records every plate entering the car park. If you get a ticket just give it to the Sm when you fill out your Lmf.

I got it. Mine were doing this till yesterday, ‘re-aligned, changed pad, shimano Rota. nothing.
The problem, even when completly retracting the pistons back the brake rubs the disc on one side, they do not meet evenly.
I lossened off the caliper bolts and placed a thick cable tie between the pad and the disk on the side that rubs, pull the brake lever, tighten the caliper bolts and remove the cable tie. It now doesn’t rub anymore. Doesn’t change the fact that the calipers don’t squeeze evenly.

Your wrong about insulin though, they take it to force food into the muscles nothing to do with keeping fat low, it’s the growth that keeps them super lean. Look at Lee priest off season and tell me the insulin is keeping them lean.

He’s not trolling he knows what he’s talking about, the message is off tangent. I was reffering to the a calorie is a calorie for loosing weight and that you will loose weight but the results being different. So by saying an endurance athlete needs high carbs is exactly the same as what I’m saying. Feed your body for what you intend to use it for but keep the calories at a deficit if you want to loose weight.

If you inject insulin my friend you will get fat with high carbs guarenteed, bodybuilder or not. The reason bodybuilders take insulin is because they also inject human growth hormone and igf1 ( insulin like ggrowth factor). This is their muscle building stage and has nothing to.do.with diet, the bodybuilders will be t their highest fat level when doing this. We are talking about LOOSING weight. When it comes time to loose weight the bodybuilder will stop taking the hgh and insulin and eat a VERY VERY low carb diet. They will also change the testosterone they normally use for masterone to push the water out of the skin and then finally diuretics.
You went off subject again as we are talking about loosing weight.

Of course they need carbs. The OP is talking about loosing weight. Body builders will cut the carbs and the insulin when they want to shed the body fat.

Bury it deep underground where they hope it won’t seep into normal water. The chemicals cannot be removed and enough water to supply London is used and made useless forever.

Jeez talk about go off subject.
Fat holds hormones mainly estrogen, when you loose weight you loose fat and have hormonal changes combine that with the stress on your body that it thinks it’s starving and the sudden rise in testosterone levels and you get ill. If you inject testosterone, the first few injections will give you what’s called test flu because of this.
A colorie is a calorie but the end composition of you body will be different depending on what you eat. If you eat high carbs and low fat or low carbs and high fat you get different results. That’s why boy builders eat low carbs but high fats so they can hold onto lots of.muscle while the fat I’d lost. Athletes will do the opposite as they need the glycogen stores, the high carbs will trigger an insulin response and store all fats consumed so they must remain low.

Lmt not strictly true, the discount retailers are flying this year and need more managers. My job for instant is 30% up year on year best year since I started. With a degree and your retail experience you could walk into a trainee district manager job on 33k which rapidly rises heavily, take into account company car, and fuel paid for…..it’s a good deal.
I have friends who work as managers for that 2nd biggest supermarket who are all loosing their jobs after 15 years due to restructure.

I have one and it’s awesome, actually I have two. The kindle fire hd speakers are really really good. The kindle fire has quieter speakers but this is a plus sometimes as even on lowest volume the hd plays porn too loud.

Well there we go fella half a story, a broke jaw is quite different from having a tooth out. This is also the case with the contract I’m sure as I’ve seen a great deal of contracts and there’s no way it says half the things the OP states, he’s exaggerating due to his anger.
When I first started my job 9 years ago the contracts were very unfair by any companies standards (a lot better now) but was no where near as harsh as stated here.
If you want to deal with this properly, you all need to meet and discuss exactly what you find unfair, come to an agreement between yourselves and then all put it in writting to the company. This is far more effective than moaning to your boss. He’s been given a target to hit and this is his plan to do so, plans can be changed.

….the stupid comment putting down barstaff, ect is moronic. I work in retail but 70% of my staff have degrees and even masters and will in a few years probably be earning double what I do. That said even the ones who don’t will make something of themselves. The most successful people I’ve met have no education at all.

Time of for teeth out? A cold? Grow up your not in school. I’ve never had time off for something as trivial as this in 17 years.
However working for free is a no no. Does the new contract state a ‘reasonable amount of overtime?, or if you fail to meet the contract deadline? I highly doubt your new contract has no basic contract hour stipulated, of which you can legally claim back the time owing. I can’t feel sorry for you working weekends or bank holidays, most people with real jobs have to.

Netflix streams in 720p, I have the same problem on my big tv. If your sharing hdmi to micro hdmi or usb it tends to suck. I’d flash back one of those smart tv £10 boxes if I could be arsed. Also watching through an xbox or ps3 will work great.

I would love to have a go at bleeding these brakes that suddenly can’t be bleed. I have shimano brakes now but I have to say a WELL bleed avid works much better.
The difference I found is that you can cut a Shimano line, get air in the pipe and it will still work very well. An elixir will fail or me rubbish with a tiny amount of air in the line.
    How I bleed them…..
Remove wheel and put a spacer in the pads to open up the calliper fully.
level brake at handle bar use a level so the bleed hole is level not the brake, they are a funny shape.
Remove brake bleed hole on handle bar.
With the back of a rubber handle screw driver, tap the brake calliper to get air to go up.
Attach bleed kit at brake lever end, keep plunger up so no air can reenter.
Close bleed kit so vacuum has formed, otherwise when you remove the calliper screw air will suck in.
Attach calliper side bleed kit and hold plunger up same as other one.
Open bleed kit, push bottom plunger until 70% of liquid has passed through.
Close bottom bleed and pull top plunger to remove last of the air.
Push through a little more fluid from the bottom, never use all of it.
    Now the important part.
    Close bottom bleed kit,
Remove bleed kit from top and reinsert screw.
Remove bottom bleed kit, reinsert screw.
    Remove pad block.

    shimano bleed.
    Remove reservoir cap
Squeeze oil from bottom till level.
    Close.
    Done.

It’s a complete pile of shiiit, the tabs are backwards for a start which is massively annoying, once you’ve learnt a song you will never be able to Play it without the game.

Mine needed bleeding out of the box, upside down is not a deore thing it’s a air in the system thing, my avids did the same, turning the bike upside down makes the air move.

Short answer bleed them, they are very easy to bleed.

    Ninfan reasonable coarse:
Judge: did you see the defendant driving?
Police officer: no I saw his car in the car park.
Judge: did you have clear visbility up until the time you encountered the suspect and can be sure he ingested no alcohol.
    Policeman: no judge.
Judge: you didn’t see the defendant drink, you didn’t see him drive, leave or attempt to enter a vehicle. You were not present to say whether he had a drink since the car was parked, however long that may be. Where is th evidence?
Policeman: we forceably made a pedestrian take a road side breathalyzer test though not driving.

I’m not even a solicitor….. He would get raped in court.

Good God, though be might be drunk, might of driven there, cop has reasonable suspicion he has been drinking and driving doesn’t change a thing, know your law.

It’s a road side breathalyzer test.
He must be stopped whilst in control of a vehicle.
He cannot have been drinking after exiting the vehicle.

I reported a drink driver last summer whilst riding with the lads , he as shit faced, I followed him to his house and waiting for the police. It was only because he gave a full confession that they were able to prosecute him as he was in the house despite his van being open playing music with the engine running.

This is why people get caught, the easy part is getting rid of the body, the hard part is having no motive, nobody seeing you, no trace that you were at the crime scene, no evidence left there, no evidence of the body in your house, car or anywhere else. Cctv oh and your post history on your pc. Your purchasing history ( why did you buy 10 gallons of hydrochloric acid the day before the crime?) Sale confirmed by card or shop cctv.

The pitch front mech won’t fit the Orange. When I changed from pitch to five that was the only issue I remember, plus remember you will need to cut the break lines to feed them through the frame. The gxp on the pitch for with the 36 however for the sake of 20 quid buy the right size. Oh and the rear wheel needed changing due to the maxle
