Basically full zee. I’d only pick the debonair shock to match the forks over the inline but I’m sure both would be excellent.

I bought a five frame for 1299 new, New pikes, shimano brakes, magvic en 521, 1×10 with zee mech, dropper post. Total build was under 3000 the same build with Orange is over 4k. So I don’t buy the excuse that pikes cost them 200quid more, all the extras should be as standard.

This is also the five had aweful reviews last year as it was reviewed with a spaghetti fork and a rear shock that shouldn’t be on the bike.
The five should come with a pike and monarch plus debonair or cc inline as standard.

By the time you put a reverb and decent wheels on the upgrade price is 4k for an alloy bike. Orange need to learn the meaning of the word upgrade too. Also why is a pike 200quid more expensive than a Fox fork.

Please be a carbon five, with 150m alround travel, a chainline and enough clearance for bigger than a 34t front chainring, with the new canecreek shock. I’d buy that tomorrow

Also you can replace the plaster cast with a moulded plastic splint, that’s what I have, it’s much less restrictive.

The mountain bike is way more comfortable than hoods or drops on a road bike.

I’ve changed the bearings in my old gxp 3 times. I wouldn’t do it again though as the cheap hollowtech 2 BB I replaced it with has out lasted it 3 fold.

Tron it won’t be down to the rate of sale, lidl order for 1 day sales figure + 20% so by close that means only enough stock should be carried over to last till 10am next morning. Lidl are massively strict on f&v quality. They have constant freshness audits and international audits. 3 soft tomatoes on display or even 4 bad cherries and the store fails the whole audit. It doesn’t surprise me that a few people have bad experiences but on the whole the produce and meat and poultry is one of the areas most praised. Brocolli is notorious for going off in a single day in warm weather, take the brocolli out of the plastic it’s sold in. 95% of the fuit and veg from lidl has no pesticides/chemicals ect on them so tomatoes may not last as long as the packaged unripe ones you get elsewear. That said it may just be a bad individual store, try a different one.

Don’t wear a wrist support, once the bone is set you need to get as much range of movement as quickly as possible. I broke my right wrist in 3 places when I was younger I’d say a month after having the cast off it was almost right, take about 6 months to feel very strong again. My left arm is in Cast right now for 2nd time this year, the first time the cast came off I rode my bike the same day. Get it moving but don’t over do it, pain is your guide.

The quality of the HTC one is far better than say the old HTC one desire, it’s smoother than my old Samsung galaxy s2 by a mile. The miss is has a iphone 5 and wishes she has mine. I’ve had it since it came out and it’s never hung or froze/stalled. If you had the phone side by side with the iPhone you will find the iPhone literally does nothing better. I never play games on my phone but on every gamer review the HTC one beats all other phones. I also left my phone on my car roof a few days ago and it flew off at 30mph a mile after leaving the house, it was in a case but impressed that it is completely damage free.

Doctors are wrong most of the time, GP’S diagnose you by process of elimination based on the symptoms you give in 5minutes in a room with them. I’ve been diagnosed with stomach ulcers, Neuro disorders, kidney stones and gallstones in the last year none of which were accurate. See a gastric specialist, ask to be referred.

I’ve had this before, the saddle can cause trauma to the blood vessels, scared the shiit out of me. Still have it checked though.

The matured steak in lidl is very good quality. I was a butcher for 6 years before being a manager and when working for asda was selected out of a handful of their butchers in the uk to do the craft butcher courses on top of the academy so I know my meats.
Tips, just because it says British beef doesn’t mean it’s good. It’s usually Irish and Irish beef is no where near as good as Welsh or Angus steaks, secondly If you traced the plant number on say tesco british beef you’ll more than likely find its halal meat reared in Ireland.
How the beast is killed does affect the Meat. If beef is stressed badly you will see blood splatters like chicken pox through the Meat when you cut it and it will be tough as hell.
Don’t select really lean meat, cuts like sirloin should have at least a little marbling. Flank or frying steak is super lean but is much tougher where as ribeye is fatty and marbled but tastes much better.
If I’m not buying the matured steaks from work then I go to the local butcher for locally sourced beef.
