Fender do an acoustic for 100 quid that is fantastic, a squire is a good enough guitar for anybody don’t believe the Bs. I have a 1500quid USA strat and a squire. Yes the USA is better feeling but the most important thing later on is to get a decent amp. I can plug my squire in and get a sound equal to any guitar.

Concrete shed. Door hinges turned backwards so you can’t open the door to fit the handle bars through. Ground anchor, motorbike chain, motion sensor pad lock oh yeah and two killer ferrets

Yes had Alex rims on my pitch, they are 2mm narrower than the kit at 17mm so they come out of the rim very very slightly but it works with no problems. You will need to use a decent compressor first time as the kit needs to mould to the rim.

I’ve just done the same sram x9 – shimano slx shadow plus. mech is much better but prefer the sram shifter. gear shifting while braking I find much easier with the sram. slx looks nicer though

I have elixir 5s… New they were really really good. 1 & 1/2 years later they are still going but not as sharp as they were. never had to bleed them till last week when I changed frame……I spent longer bleeding the brake than building the entire bike. the problem in my opinion (and ever a- hole has one) is that the calibre holds air. it would bleed perfectly then after a few pulls back spongy again. if I turned the bike upside down the brake would immediately need bleeding again. I finally followed the instruction to the letter and tapped the calliper with the end of a screwdriver and it got that air bubble out that I just couldn’t remove with just syringe. they are also starting to corrode now so they won’t last year’s. Good brakes, good bite, pain in the backside to work on.

I have a headset in the car that has the same bearings as the CK and titanium bolt. I also just fitted a brand new hope headset to my new five. the ceramic bearing headset is very noticeably firmer and smoother than the hope. I didn’t even bother to look at what bearings hope use but I’d be surprised if they weren’t bog standard

just get the new one like I did. dropper fits and you got lock out so no Bob even if you stand up

    pitchpro2011

it’s got lock out on the 2013 model I’ve got so bobs a lot less than my pitch. forget to switch from climb to trail afterwards though and the back bounces round worse than a hard tail. on trail I’d say it climbs the same as the pitch but noticeably lighter on the front end.

no cash was exchanged your in the wrong. if you agreed, exchanged cash and left with the bike different story. he gave you a quote, you failed to come up with the cash at the time of the quote.

Lol funny I said just a week ago in the Tesco thread about the shit quality of the Irish meat they were buying. it’s not even Irish. it’s imported from abroad then processesed as Irish. they were likely send lumps of meat packed as beef from ol Carlos. no tractor on the pack no eating. probably all sorts of meat in there.

training at altutude is a nonsense. your body takes a few hours to adjust to lower pressures. that’s how its possible to climb high mountains. the camp at 1st base while there body adjusts to the altitiude. same happens when you desend.

now someone makes sense. this sounds fully reasonable.

this is nothing to do with floating you absolute fool. wood floats because of the air pockets inside. I’m talking of equal force against a small area and then over a larger area. read a science book….. you too shep

simple really when you think about It…..take 2 things exactly the same but in extreme to highlight…… a brick and a flat piece of wood weighing exactly the same. The wood even though being the same weight and force will offer more resistance from sinking in a swimming pool because the surface area is greater….the volume is greater. in the tubeless tyre there is a larger surface of air pressing against a flat surface.

in case you haven’t noticed the clowns giving me shit are the guys I ride with. clearly alot of people notice this ,however, they always dismiss my opinion as nonsense despite having a combined iq of 50. ;)

I just bought a ceramic and titanium headset…. which they scoff at even though the expensive shit bearings they just bought broke within 2 weeks.

to the guy dissin lidl. first the fruit and veg is delivered fresh every morning and overnight to the rdc the day before so it’s never sat there till it’s rotten. they are audited more than any other supermarket and 3 rotten pieces of fruit and veg is a fail and can cost you your job. the range is continental so you have antipasti and quail at regular prices you’d pay 3 Times the prices for the same product in waitrose. 99% of all the fruit and veg is pesticide free so is as good as organic for regular prices.
Meat and poultry is supplied by the best UK supplier. asda used to use the Same one 10years ago before they got cheap and sell you nasty Irish shit.

oh and Tescos is number 1 in the UK and has been for years, not going anywhere.

for me to change to the big wheels I would have to immediately see a obvious difference in how fast I climbed to sacrifice how much fun I have on the downhill sections.

the kindle fire hd really is worth every penny. screen is amazing. the Dolby sound actually works as it should. the only downside is they modified the android o/s to look better but restricts apps but that’s so easy to get around its not worth worrying about.
