Just read the original thread, my opinion is they weren’t trying to get rid of you. As seniors they have to justify their jobs by either explaining why they are not hitting targets and what they’ve done to address the situation. If they keep saying to the board “team is under performing” just as you said yourself with nothing done to address the issue then your manager and director are likely to be disciplined themselves. This was your key to go away and prove that even though your team are understaffed and under performing you have done everything to further train your existing staff to perform better or performance manage the ones that refuse to try to do better even when given the right support. Your biggest mistake was not making your under performing team members accountable for their actions. You took the whole thing on your shoulders resulting in the buck stopping at you. This isn’t passing the blame it bullying is making the actual people under performing accountable for there performance. It’s easy to let someone go who’s still on probation without any consequences but they kept you.
I wish you the best in your new job but remember don’t take the fall for other people’s shit.

Like Renton my short stem when I had as pitch was twitchy when show technical climbing, just changed to a 90mm on my five and its stopped so has the pain in my back. I’ll be honest I can’t tell a blind bit of difference on the descents

You probably sucked at your job to be getting ‘performance managed’ so often. If you do your job correctly it is practically impossible to manage you out of a business in this way. To set you up for constructive dismissal I would have to give you tasks to do with insufficient time or support to do the job, which in return leaves me wide open for a bullying case. Bullying cases in court are won 90% of the time because the manager doesn’t know the difference between correct performance management and just plain picking on someone, either way that person was usually underperforming.

You can leave but I’ve been told the best thing you can do is write down a statement immediately of what happened. Be sure to write down “I was scared and didn’t know what to do, I told him he was frightening me and didn’t know how I would react. ” as long as you don’t use excessive force such as continuing to smash him when he’s unconscious or pleading with you to stop, it’s all good. Personally I wouldn’t wait around giving your name infront of him.

Oh and once the meter is fitted outside you need to get a corgi registered engineer to connect your internals to the meter outside.

You phone the network owner not your gas supplier. Only they can move it. You ask for an altercation of service pack to be sent out. The price varies from area to area. Usually between 300-600 as long as the pipework on your property doesn’t exceed 20 meters from the road to the meter point. Just remember if you want an inset recessed meter box into the wall you have to pay another contractor to take the bricks out of the wall prior to installation. The surface mounted meter box and semi concealed in the ground are the easiest. No price difference. Time is 3-6weeks unless a road closure is needed to turn or your gas supply or the main is on someone else’s land.

Guess what I used to do for a living lol.

If I showed this thread to one of the guys I ride with he’d literally have a break down. Wash immediately after every ride, rhino goo, clean off excess wash again, toothbrush cassette and rest of drive chain, clean seals on forks and shock, scrub all bearing joints, wash, dry off with micro fibre cloth, rhino shine, lube every moving part, lub chain and wipe of excess…. put to bed. Follow this or get an earful.

nice one big rich glad someone finally knew what they are talking about. type 1 you cant help the other type is 100% due to your lifestyle and brought on yourself. the processed sugars in everything these days plays havoc with your body, mix that with alcohol and a poor lifestyle and its game over. type 2 is reversable too by changing your lifestyle.

could be but my clutch had 140kmiles on it and it was only because the cylinder had gone and wasnt disengaging 100% that it wore out. yours sounds similar to how mine went but i left it too long

    pitchpro2011

your clutch is probably slipping due to a faulty master cylinder. its cheaper to replace that now than wait till it wrecks the clutch and you have to pay for both

your just not as fit as you think. im not the fittest but my resting heart rate is 55bpm and 160bpm cruising max rate 195.
