I’m a huge Mary fan. The enduro wild is fantastic, grip is unreal however it needs a bit more wrestling around to keep your line

It’s actually not a silly standard, our trail bikes have got more and more travel and got stiffer and stiffer.
The 200×57 shock length has the same eye to eye measurement as shocks we used to use for trail riding. Basically it’s flexy causing unreliability issues on some suspension linkages. The new standard allows them to fix the issue and it was an issue, if you ever had a cc inline on a stiff long travel frame you’d know this.

I booked lloret del mar for my mates stag, it cost 160 quid for 3 nights, return flights and accommodation bed and breakfast, night life was really good and weather was awesome. For 500quid you should be able to get something decent. Top tip when being best man, don’t change dates, prices around people, you set the date and details best for you and the groom, it’s everyone elses job to sort themselves out not yours, it’s impossible to plan to suit a group.

I’ve got the delonghi dedica ec680, not bad at all and looks pretty. The wand as mentioned is crap, take it off and use the steam arm and texture yourself.

The new alpine6 climbs well enough for it to be a non issue. Your choice is do you want the steeper head angle on the five for tight cornering technical stuff or the slack head angle on the six for high speed. I’ve got the alpine 6 and it feels like it’s meant to be ridden fast and rough not slow and technical but that’s just my opinion.

Harley spouts loads of crap but let’s face it if he’s on form he would have been at the front with those guys, it’s not like he’s a stranger to those kilometers. If he’d kept his mouth shut a bit before hand and not posted vlogs calling pros soft and laughing at others saying they were underestimating the race then he wouldn’t be getting half as much stick as he’s getting. Lots of people wanted him to fail as much as succeed.
Can’t believe rhino is still going with 1 leg, that guy is hilarious and as mad as a bag of rats.

You need to go keto, your body will use carbs as a priority over anything else. I’m in ketosis right now, how do i know? I have keto strips which you can buy online from pharmacies for peanuts.
How long does it take?Me personally 5-7 days, some people take a month though. Days 3-4 i have massive sugar cravings, by day 7 i don’t even look at or crave chocolate. Energy levels stay consistent all day, no ups and downs. I can eat as many calories as i want and not put on weight but i won’t loose weight u less I’m eating less than 2500calories but that’s with zero exercise. You have to eat a lot of green veg and be careful not to have too much protein otherwise in ketosis your body will turn excess protein into glycogen and knock you out. I buy meats that contain less than 0.5% carbs
    I typically eat

    Breakfast
2 bacon 2 sausage 2 eggs and some mushrooms cooked in butter.

Dinner salmon and a whole bag of rocket salad or mixed leaf

Tea chicken/steak with brocolli green beans

Supper minced beef with cheese grated on top.

I’m never hungry and probably eat too much protein but I’m never out of ketosis when i pee.

There’s more than enough calories in those meals for bike rides.

Cycling Maven is a legend, he doesn’t even ride massive distances regularly like Harley does and he’s giving it a damn good go. I can only imagine the hurt they are in, even the slowest guy in that race is a hero to me, it’s just brutal.

No one involved in this whole situation lost money, they all gained and which ever party gets more is as big a cheat. Time to call it a day. Can you imagine if mayweather was found to be using peds now and told to pay back all the money he’s earnt, it sounds obsurd. I for one would like to see the whole pro pelaton juiced to the gills achieving super human feats. Entertain me.

Durianrider is a bit out there but if you guys wanna watch a channel of a cyclist that really makes you have love for the sport then watch cycling Mavens channel. The guy is an absolute gent and some of his vlogs are golden.

Problem is it’s the norm here in the UK for a car to buzz past you within 3 foot. In Australia they are much more conciderate so this would seem bad. However Harley was playing it up for the camera. Amazed how many people on here don’t know him considering he’s the most popular cyclist on YouTube.

My inline is already on its way to you Dave as I’ve been told you have the updated parts in my shock size.

What the hell are you babbling on about? The Pike fork when it came out was better than anything. It’s not the best now but the industry has moved on but to say it’s a bad fork is nonsense.

Check it held the same air pressure. Mine would drop after every ride even after a service or new.

Their whole delivery, of 200 x 57 dampers. You would think they would receive delivery, check quality of the stock ect before announcing it’s release. This is frankly embarrassing. The parts Tf tuned have are the new parts and hopefully were checked because my old one is getting the upgrade treatment from them. TF tuned on the other hand are brilliant.

I’ve just had an email saying I won’t be getting the new IL anytime soon now as they’ve had to reject all the dampers, they also rejected all the dampers on the double barrel too last month so I couldn’t have one of those either. My advise would be to leave these alone until they get their act together. Ohlins designed the original.

I’ve been waiting since boxing day. How does it ride compared to the other one? Performance wise I had zero issues with the shock, it just doesn’t last more than a few months.

Arrrghh how do you have that new inline before me, I’m fuming lol. If the new curve is more linear I’ll be bottoming out everywhere.

I wouldn’t take b12 supplements they suck the absorption rate is terrible. The b12 injections are good. On a cycling forum and no ones mentioned durianrider, freelee, cycling maven, abdula (glucose network). All massively famous cycling channels and all vegans who post their meals.

I’ve got the new IL air coming as a warranty replacement. Stay away from it if your running 160mm travel on a vpp or dw link bike or even a spesh enduro. They’ve redesigned the IL but I’m not entirely convinced they have fixed the problems with it. Get a fox float x or of course the x2 if you can push to that.

In that order, you’ve had some pretty good advice here, I’ve had the vox too and it just isn’t on par. Another option is a second hand Marshall avt275 I’ve seen these go around the 100quid mark and would be great for life and better quality .

I wouldn’t buy anything from cane creek at the moment, I’ve got a warranty issue they haven’t responded to in 5 months and multiple emails and if you check the cane creek forum I’m not the only one, they haven’t answered emails in months. Were very good at responding a year ago.

Meh had the sweep for a year, it works fantastic for the first month then it slowly declines. It’s no better than a rockshock yari and a pike is most certainly plusher off the top. I also blew the damper clean out of my sweeps.

Yup the a1 is non scs, the rest of the line your buggered. I had the a1 and the wheels are the only thing that let the bike down, they weight an absolute ton. There’s a diverge owners group on facebook with a massive following and tones of information.

It will feel nicer and stiffer but don’t expect to start blowing up strava sections as a result.
