Try Finale Ligure ,supposed to be sone excellent trails there and you ride down to the coast from the mountains and the weather will be good .Am hoping to get there next year .Best times of year to ride there are spring/autumn .try here

Not a sufferer myself but a guy at work is and he has sunbed treatments at the hospital after being refered by GP . Starts of as just a couple of seconds and time increases as per session upto around a minute i think . I can get more info tomorrow if required.It seems to work well .

FOG i've been suffering with a similar condition(few years) where i struggle to lift my right arm up to the side especially when my forearm is at 90degrees . Been getting worse so doc sent my for xray and found i have a 5.5 mm subluxation in my shoulder joint ?!?! I think from what the doc says is that my shoulder joint isn't in its socket correctly.Now being referred for ultrasound. Get it checked .

I'm around 78Kgs with gear , changed from the standard medium to a firm and doesn't sit too deep into its travel

I had one for a couple of months but despite playing around with positioning it kept giving me numbness in the nether regions , gone back to a sdg bel air ( so comfy )

I'm not slow angry ! Cheeky 😉 just saw they were going pretty quickly . I could have responded a lot worse (i didnt exactly shout at the top of my voice ) we always say hello to people , most of the time we get a response !!! anyway new day better things in life to think about 🙂

I have some alutra padded under shorts and endura ones , might go back to a bel air and try some different undershorts , any recommendations ?

I started thinking about weight then thought whats the point , out of my circle of riding buddies i have one of the cheapest bikes (pitch pro with mods which have added a few pounds ) but i'm the lightest person out of everyone …yes i'm slower up the long climbs but i LOVE riding my bike and am always the first to get to the bottom 😆

Just get out and ride , thats my view !

I use mine for all types of riding ,local loops , trail centres the daily commute even raced a 24k enduro!!!
Yes its a tad overweight but i've never been a speedy climber so don't mind plodding along (well sometimes i do )
Have made quite a few changes and love it , once it sniffs out a descent its off :o)
Would like to match front and rear travel with some 2010 revs but they cost SOOOOOO much

Why not a multi lap race utilizing many different styles of mtb riding with proper xc climbs and singletrack , dh sections some "shore" OR even a few jumps too just to make it more interesting ?

A good read but would disagree about the pitch not being nifty through twisty singletrack .. i feel very comfortable on my pro and love the relaxed angles and how easy it is flicking it around and pumping it through the rough stuff … 😀
