Should be on the bb or a sticker on one of the tubes(mine is under the top tube) , do you still have the receipt from the bike shop as it should be there too!

My first one too and thoroughly enjoyed it (well apart from my tent being partially destroyed by the friday night wind and the loud partying into the early hours saturday night )
The riding was superb and had some brilliant descents,fantastic views! Great banter too . I can’t wait for next year 😀

Depends how “fussy” you are , gave my lyriks grief for 2 yrs before they went for a service . Doing a lower leg service is a simple process ( well i am mechanically minded so that helps)

Yes we do see more and more people dressed as “troopers” but if they wish to wear that stuff it’s up to them ? When i’m riding with friends and we see people like that we have a quiet chuckle between ourselves 😆 each to their own

Think my favourite moment at Llandegla was on the first old black run , we’d stopped to do a bit of filming with the go pro’s and were put in our place by a kid in jeans and a t-shirt riding a bmx and giving it some!

Saying that you do see a few “mincers” wearing all the gear and riding top end stuff but cannot ride ( think my favourite was a guy on a very nice looking carbon nomad and dressed as a trooper got off his bike and walked down the werewolf drop?)

Chopper , hadn’t heard of the deed of trust but sounds like the extra bit i need to feel more secure about it all . I’m still in the house and she buggered off , I’ve decided (with some help from the parents) to buy her out of the house and my parents and i are concerned about her trying to get anything out of the house at a later date when we can actually go through with divorce . I don’t want my parents to lose out too if it got nasty .
So i will start planning a separation agreement and a deed of trust !

Mikey i’m the same height and run a medium 2011 enduro , great bike and have seen a few peeps using them as mini dh bikes.

DVD sounds like its had it , we’ve seen a few where the discs have white patches on them and won’t work correctly.Have you ejected it and had a look? .Bloody expensive to replace disc so i would recommend as others have said , smartphone/cheap sat nav tom tom

I used to run the stock clutch front purgatory rear but now run clutch front and rear …..Not the best for fireroads etc but who cares!?
Better than high rollers in my opinion 🙂

Possible faults could be the vacuum pipe to the actuator can split/rub through around the back of the engine or the ones by the oil filter housing
Could be a m.a.f problem (sometimes left disconnected )
Egr can stick

Personally disagree with hora’s comments , some of us trained techs try to logically work out faults !
