Did dragons back today and it was brilliant (apart from the mass of chuffin walkers blocking the bit back from the centre to the car park ..ignorant sod's clearly seeing we were riding up but they didn't move !!!)

I think Penmachno is one of the best trails i’ve ridden ! No speed or flow? I agree with Simondbarnes ..if you put the effort in and ride it hard its fantastic (and the views are superb on a good day!)

My girfriend didn’t want a “girlie bike” so i helped her choose her first mtb and we went for the Specialized xc comp mens and she loves it and fits her perfectly .. Go for what ever suits your riding !

I have a go pro wide angle lens and have fitted one of the mounts to the stem !! Very pleased with it (even more so as i never paid for it being a birthday present )

My previous bike was a Giant VT !!! I narrowed my choices down to a prophet and pitch pro ….i did like the frame quality of the prophet but went for the pitchpro and absolutely love it …swapped the wheels to goldtec draco hubs/mavic 717’s and a few other tweaks in the cockpit area …..End of the day its what feels best !

A 150mm pike fork(maybe air for tweakability) would be nice to match the rear travel on the pitch .
Love 20mm maxle for strength and simplicity .

Haven’t noticed any cable rub on mine but have plenty of stone chips and some chain slap marks ….all part of owning a mountain bike !!

Love riding mine…even the daily commute is fun 😆
