All of the people I socialise with would make an effort to accommodate my random dietary requests, so being the good host and equally good friend I would also make the effort to accommodate any of my friends/visitors dietary needs.

good luck, I had to change from sleeping on my back to my side.

I had better sleeping pills than any boots counter could provide yet could not sleep for weeks, literally weeks in the new position (on my side)

after about 3 weeks it felt kinda normal and I didn't need to be off my face to fall asleep (which was nice)

Good luck and I hope you have a better time of it than I ;)

I make rather a lot of research posters and use nothing more than publisher, create a custom size blank page that's A1 then just go for gold.

You will need a projector (as already mentioned) to check the layout or do what I do and hook it up to a large LCD TV.

    Don't forget your references ;)

What's wrong with the good old fashioned pedal variety? Electric bikes seem lazy as funk!

Bar ends should be at the same angle as the stem, looks wrong otherwise!

Or where they are most comfortable for the rider?

get whatever you want mate, I would always stick with Jap but German cars are ok.

The way I would look at it is gutted for the loss, but winner for the chance to go test a load of fat cars and get a new one that you love.

Glad your bike wasn't in it, that would have been a much bigger loss ;)

I was going to buy some Soloman Cosmic's but had a few reports of the glue coming unstuck, that being said a mate of mine has them and they are awesome.
I have the quest GTX which is a similar boot but fully stitched.

Very waterproof and as comfy as hell, wont last as long as a full leather but the mobility I have with them is perfect for my kind of work.

Drunken noisy people in a curry house!!!!! what is the world coming to.

I cant remember the last time I went to a curry place and had a quiet meal (even the posh ones)

It seem like you have got away with paying so regardless of weather its right or wrong take your free meal and never go back there again.

Having just done the whole give up your career on a whim thing I can say that I did know what I wanted to do, its a massive gamble but its paying off and was the best thing I have ever done thus far with my life.

What interests you? do whatever you love doing for a career and you cant go far wrong.

Not wishing to start any arguments or anything but I'm not prepared to let this one go. I'm neither female nor middle aged but I can say that I have a major problem with anyone that thinks it's ok to use a mobile phone whilst driving.

I have had wheels at Julies done, it was a fair while back mind but never had any problems with them or their service.

Not sure if links are allowed on here (I'm a noob) so apologies if they are frowned upon.

I'm a geologist and for my mapping adventures I use a Garmin 60Csx this is an awesome bit of kit and you can pick the topo maps up real cheap if you know where to look.

I tried using it for some off road adventures and its been brilliant, its a bit pricey but you can get a standard 60series for a lot cheaper.

I wouldn't use anything else (unless I came into a lot of money)

Smoking is the most disgusting thing in the world IMO however….. people have a right to do what they want and when they want, if that annoys you then move to somewhere smoke free!

I LOVE getting out on my bike as early as possible. 5-6am is a regular occurrence winter or summer, I love the feeling of solitude on the trails and I also enjoy having a massive long ride but still having the afternoon to tinker with the bike (or more likely waste my life on internet forums/XBOX 360 ;))

The way you charge your phone will also have a large effect on battery performance, if you dribble charge it as and when you are near a power source/computer this will kill the battery life as opposed to fully charging and letting fully drain.

If getting spares as already mentioned try and stick with originals.

Couldn't dream of not wearing a helmet even for the short space of a climb, I had a really bad accident when I first started riding, managed to hit my head on the only rock on a large grassy decent.

I'm fairly sure if it wasn't for the helmet I wouldn't be here right now.

It amazes me the amount of people who don't acknowledge you, if someone said hello to me in the street or at a bus stop you would of course reply back, so why not if on a bike (engined or not)

MTB V Roadie v MOTO it's really really pathetic.

We all love 2 wheels, end of IMO
