This thing is awesome, my sister has one and we use it a lot. We even had it as the music system for her 30th in a big hall and it more than coped. In a nutshell (imho)its really really good.

I live out in the sticks and it is about a 10 mile mission into town to ride decent street.

I do the commute to the ride spots and also my daily commute to uni (also 10 miles) on hookworms.

They are rather big (2.5) but a great tyre.

If it was for dedicated commute/roads I may look for something narrower as these are huge, HUGE I tell ya ;)

I love my salsa ring, I have hammered it hard and it still keeps trucking.

Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another when needed.

I started rigid and have just gone back to a fully rigid setup, more for nostalgia than anything but I really love it, I will always have at least 1 fully rigid setup at my disposal now.

I don’t go anywhere without my swiss army, I have the same model as I had when I was 11 and I love it, if I got heat for it I use it in my roll as a geologist, In fact I have several knives on me for certain applications.

They are in my pack and my pack goes everywhere even food shopping so they come with me.

i was growing a beard, i was so proud of it but wet beard just put me right off, i shaved it today and feel somewhat happier. I miss it a bit.
