Rockape, I have a medium Rune and it wouldn’t fit a 6 ft bloke.

    Demoed nothing

    Bought Banshee Rune.

Awesome bike, that does everything, you have to work it but by god it’s fun.

When I did my flow ex I used superstar 29mm tape instead of the 25mm supplied Stans tape. the internal bead width is 25.6mm on the flow ex so just make sure the tape is right. The quality of the superstar tape is no where near that of the Stans but it still worked.

That’s what I have been told as well which is a shame as the bridleways are amazing.

One can of Stella is equal to 2.2 UK units, the legal limit is 2 units, it even says this on the can.

Your attitude stinks, if you going for a drink then don’t drive, i have a 70 mile round trip everyday for work but I wont have a “swift” one after work, I don’t even drink during the week.

One can of Stella would put you over the drink drive limit and your not telling me he has decided to have his first can as he is driving home?

I hate drink drivers, there is no reason whatsoever to drive after having a drink.

Loving mine, I cant ride mine like that either but I have smashed every single downhill PB, some as far back as 2011. What I have found is that you have to really work it to get the best out of it but it then just flies over rocks or anything that’s in front, it really is amazing. The CCDB Air is fantastic and is soooo much better than the RP23 I had on my other bike, the 2014 Fox 34’s are pretty damn good as well. It’s getting raced for the first time at Grizedale so I’ll see how I go there.

Be aware there is a race on this Sunday so lots of the trails may be closed.

I run the 27.5 version tubeless and they are great, although they seem a bit fragile when I ran tubes in them.

OP has a good point, I stopped subscribing as I was fed up of all the dream trips abroad and high end boutique equipment.

I’m a fatty and set both front and rear at 30psi on the track pump, runs brilliant, loads of grip and no issues…… Yet.

Had similar on my rear, I put 2 x 2 Oz bottles in, shook it hard and then laid it flat for 10 minutes each side.

I don’t think the enduros would be any better than Flow ex but I think a pair is cheaper.

    They aren’t wide just tall

Are the hope enduro rims really any better than Stan flow ex rims? They have a smaller internal diameter for starters.

I’ve only used Flow Ex so not sure?

I have the 650b 2.2 trail kings and don’t rate them at all, there is plenty of grip if ran tubeless but with tubes they pinch punch far to easy and you then end up running then hard and losing grip.
Also the tyre is very soft and gets punctured easier than other tyres I’ve used.
