it's a reasonable request in my opinion, just because it isn't in the normal remit of your duties isn't an issue. a rota has been made up and as long as everyone has to do it then there is very little that you can do about it. as has been said the facilitys are there for all to use just becuase you don't use them doesn't exclude you from a rostered duty.

i prefer the freestyle feel of lee quarry, i agree on some good linkage between the 3 quarrys with a good xc course but lee quarry should be left as it is

don't think your getting it scott, don't treat Lee Quarry as a trail center, to me its more of a skill center. it's got everything you can expect in a small location. i just go up there and section bits and practice. they have done a great job up there and i for one am grateful.

i was up there saturday morning, super muddy but still loving the new bits, can't wait for the better signs. where does the trail lead that has an entrance/exit up by the very first section, also has the trail to the other quarry been done?

hora i was up there from 1 this afternoon and saw them too, there where also a group of about 8 that did the whole red route. the group of 3 your on about where riding the pump track and all of the trails, i said something but they just ignored me 🙁 they can happily use all the other bits of the quarry but should stay off the trails. on another note i cam down the black route to the stone desent from the quarry face only to nearly hit a runner coming up!!!!!!!!

hmm i have 2.25 on front and a 2.1 hi roller on back of my 5 and it was good in the claggy autumn and spring mud but have just fitted 2.35 front and back hi rollers to my altitude 50 so ill let you know but going from big rear to small rear i did notice a difference but how much of that is a placebo effect i dont know.

    ok solution is…

connect your laptop/desktop to your router via an ethernet cable. it will then connect to the internet. go into applications and run the update manager. install updates and the wireless will now work.

i had same problem on my laptop when i installed ubuntu 9 as it doesnt work out the box with the wireless broadcom wifi adaptors.
