It’s a great climber, I’ve stopped using the climb switch on my CCDB AIR.

This is me enduro-ing this weekend

I’ve heard about 1 finger braking but not sure 1 leg braking is as good.

Not at all, was fun and even though I still hadn’t cleared it I got further than the other 3 attempts 🙂

Yeah it was tricky, I got a cheer for using my head as a brake 🙂

The chute of death was amazing 🙂 never cleared it in 4 attempts.[*]

Awesome day, the stages were probably the best of the series and I can’t believe it wasn’t as packed as the other races.

    Looking forward to next years.

The stem and head tube hit the girl and then the rider followed. It’s an absolute tragedy for all involved and a complete fluke accident.

Use I player and go back and listen again.

You used to have to get a permit from British Waterways but that doesn’t exist anymore so not sure if it still applies.

The permit is just a piece of paper and doesn’t have any names, number or anything on it.

    Fields just aren’t enduro enough.

Thanks for clearing that up PSLING but I always thought that since the rise of “enduro” actual endurance races weren’t going to use the term enduro but endurance so there is no confusion. Thanks for the history lesson though.

Is it a decent bike? If so I wouldn’t bother just hire theirs.

    I have this one

It’s survived several crashes, I swim in it and it is always the correct time plus it never needs a battery change. 🙂

Just to point out that you don’t get both dropouts with the frame, you get what size you specify at point of order. You get flipchips, spare hanger and fresh decals.

I got 8 uplifts, pushed up loads as we just stopped before the jump track, took 10 minutes back to the top and did the Vereders downhill back to the car parks.

I really enjoyed it and GBU was pretty good, my favourite was SheepSkull and then into Ski Run.

Fantastic day, uplift was slow but I had a great time. Downhill trails are a little short but it was rotty fun 🙂

I found my conti Trailkings took a bit to seal but when I replaced the tyre the new one was a breeze.

just give it some time and all will be good.

i’m assuming the uplift will be just like a race event. I have a 3 hour drive but still aiming for a 9am registration. plan is to get some uplift runs in, have lunch then have a nosey round the forest.

I’ve had a few over the last few years and they’re are spot on as a bike van. I currently have a crew cab version, 3 bike plus kit and riders in no problems.

    Happens at Gisburn.

Start and finish points are the car park but I can miss sections of the 8 out and still get a time for the complete loop.

As concept it’s good but it doesn’t have any of the 2013 or 2014 forks in it.

Cookeaa, no it’s hardened steel it was a right pain to cut. They can have a go at it it it will take a while to get through everything and my alarm will be going off.
