Well said Cougar, I’d started getting a bit that way myself, one or two each night leading to more, its unbelievable how easy it is to fall into it! Luckily I’ve realised and managed to sort it before it gets serious!

Let the do-gooders invite burglars in and give them cake, let the rest of us deal with them as we see fit! 🙂

I have a 59 plate vivaro, cracking vans but dont buy anything older than a 56, there were a lot of problems with gearboxes, can get very expensive. they sorted it with the facelift model though.

Thanks again for your views! I should clear up the touring bit though, I meant driving round and doing a few days at each place!
I think the AC 650b makes quite a lot of sense from what you’ve said!

I know its way to beefy for trail centres really but I can’t afford two fs bikes and I would still have my hardtail!

Cheers for you thoughts It’s definatly something to consider!

Riding up in the lakes, Scotland, trail centres, then I’m going touring round France, Spain and Italy so it’ll be coming with me over there, I do quite fancy the 650b but I’m not sure what models will use it yet, I was also told that they’re not gonna be doing the AM anymore as they are bringing out a new Ion frame as a sort of replacement?

I never thought there would be so many people into shooting on here, I thought it would be all Daily Mail and ban everything 😀

I know they’re gonna be more expensive than a mass produced frame and I know I can get the same “angles” cheaper, to be totally honest I’m not Rad or totally Gnarr, I can’t do 10′ gap jumps and I don’t even own a pair of Vans, but if I’m gonna buy a new frame I think it should be something that’s gonna last, is as good as I can afford and again if I’m being honest put a smile on my face not just when I go out riding.

    Ps I don’t even drive an Audi……. 🙂

I didn’t know Russel Brand liked guns 😆

I used to do a lot of shooting, centre fire rifles, shotguns air rifles the lot, I spent serious money to be honest, and in my opinion the best for paper punching would be an Anchutz or Air Arms RN10 derivative, anything else and I’d go for a Theoben Rapid 7 of which which I had three 22s two 20s and 177, to me they were a perfect rifle, extremely accurate and easy to maintain.
I could literally talk for hours on the subject to be honest but on a forum I’m afraid the naysayers will probably pull their faces at talking about guns!

Wet system underfloor heating, that way your entire floor space is a radiator. I work in a lot of houses and nowadays the vast majority have underfloor heating!

Right then, I’ve had a fresh look and basically I think the issue must lie with the re used spacer between the spider and bb race, basically the chain (on the chainring) was fouling inside the chain guard no matter how I arranged things until I put the spacer in, now it lines through perfect with the only issue being the one mentioned in the first post.

Also I cut the granny ring mounts on the spider down so there definitely isn’t any issues there.

I’ll check when I get home, makes sense really but I’m sure it was all the way through!

I’ve just re checked that measurement and it’s more eight than three mm, sorry for the confusion 😳 .
As I said the only parts on the drive side are (from frame outwards) adaptor ring, bearing race, approx 2mm spacer, crank arm spider. If that makes sense?

I took out the existing spacer and replaced it with the adaptor but I had to then reuse the spacer between the spider and the bb in order to stop any fouling and get everything aligned, I assume that reusing the spacer is what is causing the issue but it’s the only way it will work! Nothing fouls either crank.

A mate of mine bought a Leowe tv from them, not long before the warranty run out the tube went in it, they took it back for repair, once tested they were told that they could get the part but alternatively for a couple of hundred quid they could replace it with a brand new plasma! Needless to say he ripped their arm off!

In my experience John Lewis are a great shop all round plus they will always price match,

    2 hours = minimum £120 upto £300 (current price charged by Louis “I tattoo’d Beckham” Molloy) 🙄

Ive been to a few and the best advice I can offer is to be willing research the tattooist, look at past work and be willing to travel, my tattooist has won awards at major conventions around the world and still only charges £70 per hour, a bargain in my book! Two sleeves and work on my chest and back , I speak from experience! 😀

I had problems with my galaxy note as my home comp is a mac and it wouldnt detect when I had connected my phone, I downloaded Kies but still couldnt transfer music, so I found another way, all you need to do is get Isyncr app from google play on you phone (costs £2) install it then plug your phone in and follow the simple instructions, it’s a piece of cake.

At the end of the day just look at the guy, you just know he drives a Volvo with a little fish on the back, wears sandals and has a palm cross at home, so this shouldn’t come as a shock! He is like a real life Ned Flanders.

Ps I was Christened as a Methodist and went to Sunday school, but I know where to draw the line!
