    3!

Although shown rotated 180 degrees so obviously upsetting people.
Folded, it is a quick and easy way of scoffing toast. Especially if lathered in dairylea

Another vote for the ŠKODA Yeti.

Got mine beginning of February and it’s a fantastically capable car.

Definitely look into some Jones style bars. Used them for 20 years and they’ve worked really well for my achey wrists

Dropper post manufacturers, why not mount the battery on the front of the post?

Semaglutide tablets are available on the nhs and I’ve seen patients get really good results so possibly an option for your GP?

As the fat is lost quickly, the skin doesn’t always have time to shrink as with a gradual weight loss program. It can look like you’re in a skin bin bag…

Also worth doing some research into the mental health side effects as well.

The SRAM app is good for getting the setup spot on. Especially the plastic guide for correct jockey wheel, placement to the cassette

I can recommend a brisk one hour walk every evening. Get yourself some good music and podcasts and just go. After a few weeks it will be habit. I lost around 20lb over the course of a year and it stayed off. Feel much better too.

And give up bread. Bread makes you fat 😂😂

Being a kid certainly seems more complex than when I was a kid, but that was a long time ago.  Lots more options and freedom to be who you are or want to be, juxtaposed with peer pressure and the social media.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing. As a kid we didn’t have much money annd we went without a lot, especially as a single parent family, but as an adult I know what sacrifices my Mum made for me and my sister and she is the best mum ever. You’ve done a great job..

My two black labs, Biscuit and Leonard. Biscuit was potentially going to be called princess strawberry by our 5 year old, but that got nixed sharpish.  Good fun shouting biscuit at the local dog walk routes and seeing lots of ears perk up :)

Leonard came to us as Lenny, with suspicions that the previous owner was a bit of a racist dickhead. So either Len or Leonard. Both sorely missed. Apparently my next dog isn’t allowed to be called Christopher or Simon, as it’s weird…

Recent good prices and service from Saddleback, Tredz, Sigma, Ratio and Peatys. Just waiting on Evans with their dirt cheap 5.10s….

If I remove the lockout from my shock, it locks it out. How does your lockout work at the bars? Mine is push to open, release to lock.

I’ve only got a Giant Anthem Advanced. I know my limits at 55 so light and comfortable suits me fine. I can get a decent lick out of it and it’s good for a 3hr wang about.

It’s got my old ti Jones bars on so no one has ever asked for a go on it 😂

Possibly try a longer stem. I have mine on a 110mm stem on my anthem as the position of the grips moves the hands back, and they’re spot on

Every month, when she gets her prescription she collects it in person and has to drive round the County trying to find a chemist with any stock – it can take several days to find one and then she has to drop everything, rush straight there hoping it hasn’t been sold before she gets there.

    Every frigging month…

Demand seems to far exceed current supply.

From a Pharmacy side of things, stock of medication is a lot better. Recent shortages in progesterone capsules (utrogestan) and medroxyprogesterone tablets seem to be fine although a savvy Dr will prescribe HRT patches generically, not by bl**dy brand…

Lots of patients have said using HRT (male and female) has made a huge difference to their lives, so definitely an option to consider. Maybe have a delicate word with their close friend or female family member?
