Sorry, got enough horses at the minute. Every time my other half sells a horse, even really cheap, people always ask if it comes with Tack and rugs..Good luck selling it, as they are difficult to sell at the moment!..

Put a mirror above the bog, then at 3am in the morning when you are taking 10 minutes to finish your 3rd pi$$ of the night, you can pluck your nasal/ear hair at the same time.

Ride up hill. Have a pint, talk bikes with some mates. Ride down hill. ‘Nuff said.

I like that suggestion ….Pub 200 yards from top of one of hills!

Its 20 years since i went to Thailand whilst doing the back packing thing..interesting to see that all the same places i visited are still being recommended. Shame you only have a few days as it takes several days to get your head around Bangkok, by that time you will start to enjoy it..or wont be able to get out of the place fast enough. I loved it, but not really helping you here am i….

Would be a bit difficult to wipe out a family in a car on a pushbike. Yes… its the rider that will get hurt, but also their family and children, your opinion seems a little bit selfish if you don’t mind me saying so, with no consideration to others who may be affected.
If you get knocked off your bike when drunk, by some n@bhead driving like a prat, who happens to be sober, who will get the blame do you think?

Friends of mine cycled home from pub, bit piddled, but not hammered, one of them fell off, ended up in Hospital for 2 weeks with a brain injury, as helmet wasn’t on properly and came off. Now recovered, but lost some sensation of smell etc…you think it won’t happen to you…but you never know!

Not started diet yet, but will do some before and after pics of my fat gut, so i leave myself open to ridicule and abuse if i don’t loose any fat.

slightly off topic, but….If you are running single up front and 10 speed at the back, how does it affect the wear on cogs/chain due to increased angles, or is it a sacrifice worth doing for the simplicity and less components to buy/wear/replace?

I recently got the book from amazon and it was only about 8 quid, new, original price on book says £14.99. I wouldn’t have bought a book for £14.99, but for the price of a few pints it’s turned out to be an interesting read.

No i don’t work for him, never heard of him until i got the book. The reason i said get the book is that everyone seems to be struggling to get info on the diet, and it’s all in the book, along with other stuff about building muscle and gaining strength, which i would assume a lot of people on the forum would be interested in. It seems there’s a shroud of mystery on here about the diet, when it’s not exactly headline news anymore.
    Perhaps i touched a nerve ??

I let my 3 yr old daughter have a drink of my guinness and now she is well aware of her limits regarding alcohol consumption. She knows that when she’s vomited several times and can’t walk, that she should only have another pint, then go onto shorts…..

I live not a million miles from Bradworthy…the only comment i can make is why Bradworthy??… good rides along coast path around Clovelly and Hartland….yes i know you shouldn’t.. but get up early and you won’t see a soul, although the locals do frown when you ride down Clovelly High Street.

Hazardous past-time riding bikes, i just got stung by a bee, …twenty quid for a jar of honey….

Edit.. you will need a tetanus if you are not up to date, local A&E or minor injuries place should be able to do it.
