Sad to say I looked at the gear mesh and thought the same but I think you’ll find the middle gear wasn’t in mesh (if you look closely)

I use Edius 6 and can edit one video track with AVCHD file on my PC without stuttering, as Everywhen said you can edit in proxy mode, but with Edius you can also convert the AVCHD file back to an AVI file, a much bigger file but easier on the CPU..

    Thanks for the replies..
I choose the osteopath mainly because I’ve seen him before for other problems, he does use a lot of massage not just bone crunching.

I’ve done some of the heel drops off the steps.

Look like its going to be a long term problem, just very frustrating that it started to affect on my cycling.

In other words they are just guessing and changing the most expensive bits.. You need to find someone who does diagnostics not just randomly keep changing parts till the fault goes away… I cant see you having faults on 4 sensors all at the same time…

I go with the last 2 answers, bearing failure is the most likely, maybe the aux belt tensioner or alternator bearing failure. Does the noise happen more when the engine is cold ?

Varifocals, best thing since sliced bread 🙂

They take a bit of getting used too. Bit of a nodding dog to start with till you find the focus point, I found PC screens the worse to start with. All ok now…

I bought another pair for biking from Optilabs they made the close up focal point a little lower as I mostly use long distance when cycling.

As a club we do it every year, park in Dover then as foot passengers across to Calais, ride down to Wissant and back again. About 35 miles 60% off road.

If you want a GPS file then let me know.

Frustrating ain’t it… I went skiing for the first this year, at 57 probably a bit late in life. I had a week of lessons lasting about 4 hours in the morning. Thinking I would be able to continue in the afternoons by myself. But I found it nearly impossible as I was mentally and physically drained from the lessons..

Hope to go back next year and continue with the learning process. I think you’ve done very well for one day, I struggled to get parallel turns after a whole week…

Yes everyone does seem faster from the very young to the very old. As Jan bo says how fast were you first time on a bike.. I’m sure it will come. At the end of the week I was going straight and level (on slight downhills) at about 30mph (by my GPS) but didn’t feel completely in control. Still very nervous about the skis all jigger-ling about. Much the same when you first start going fast downhill on a bike..

I have a Siemens Scaleo WHS, saved my bacon numerous times. Backs up 2 PC and 4 laptops and other files.

I have lost Hard drives before with important stuff on them. WHS provides a means of saving images of every PC. Complete restore of a PC in a couple of hours.

One critisism – put a tyre width over any rumble strips etc and your lap immediately get invalidated -WHERE IS THAT WRITTEN IN THE RULES OF F1?? cutting out a whole chicane – then yes.. one tyre over a line … NOOOOOooo.

I’m not to keen on this one, found I was being penalised when scraping the barrier in Monaco, also if you do it twice in one lap your next 2 laps are invalidated. It was easier just to jump back to the pits and start again.

Our club do a trip over to France every year, park in Dover then take the ferry across to Calais and ride down to Wissant. There's usually about 15 of us as foot passengers, we just leave our bikes in the car deck without any problems, take a strap or short piece of rope to tie the bike to the side of the ferry. Never used a lock in the last 8 years we've be doing it.
