They will go up, I think, but modestly. perhaps only at 2% in 2 years. I've just signed for a tracker @1.99% above base today after hearing the budget. if I'm paying 3.99% in 2 years I'll be happy, but I'm very happy with 2.49% for now.

I went a few years back on a red letter day super car experience and drove Lambos, a Ferarri, Exige, Porsche and a Viper. They let you drive to your / the cars limit too, encourage overtaking etc. Brilliant day

I'd wait a bit until there is a trend of recovery. They haven't resolved this yet and it could wipe more off the share price IMO. They won't go under and will probably be a good long term investment, but I'd wait a bit longer to get the best price
